You know guys, I didn't know it but we are the healthiest team in the NFL. Looks like that health sports science stuff is paying off. Outside of our safety Delmas, we are fairly healthy. Out of curiosity, how long after this thread's creation does an injury have to happen so this thread isn't blamed for it?
I think it's great that we're applying more sports science towards injury prevention and recovery, but all those gains are more than balanced out by whatever the NFL has been doing that has led to ever more injuries per year in the last decade. Measured by "adjusted games lost to injury", it's almost twice as bad as it was 10 years ago. Well.. I guess what matters in the end is how we stack up to other teams, but something really needs to change to reduces injuries across the board.
