Last chance to give thanks to a player who has played his heart and soul for the Dolphins. Who is the best player on the Dolphins the last 4 years. Tannehill is going to win from here on out of things keep on going this way. Tannehill is the boring vote.
That has been said every year since Tannehill joined the team. It's just an excuse to pick a non-QB fan favorite and go against the grain. Which is fine, but IMHO it's enough with the next year promises and time to show our franchise QB the respect he deserves. And voting for a guy who has won twice already and was part of an epic defensive collapse last season is the boring vote.
He had an enormous lead last year, in 2013 I don't think he made the top 10 Edit, I was way off Tannehill came in 2nd in 2013. He shouldn't have after throwing 12 TD's his rookie year, but I think we were all so excited to have a QB who has potential.
If you want proof you're welcome to look back yourself. I saw it several times the previous 2 contests. Some version of..."Next year Tannehill will win it all, but this year I'm voting for..." Every year everyone acts all annoyed that the QB is definitely going to win so they pick some other fan favorite to vote for instead. And so the QB never wins.

Says the guy who votes for the same guy every single year regardless of performance. And I don't mean that as a knock on you, just pointing out the irony of you calling voters on predictability...
Regardless of performance? He was the 28th best player in the league last season. You aren't pointing out the irony, you are making a mistaken statement. I vote for the best player due to performance. Which is why I did vote for Wake in the last three years, because he performed the best. Not on potential, not on who I like the most, not on who I hope will have the best season. The best. I believe in excellence.
