Interested in knowing some specifics from the board. Hard to get a flawless performance by the OL, but we all know we need more talent, internally and externally. I loved the quicker decision-making by Tannehill, and on his scramble, the OL held up! We saw what we have with Jennings and Landry. Optimism can only surface when Stills and Parker come back. Miller showed flashes again on the big run, but I beg the question, where is the world class speed? I love the utilization of Damien Williams. As for the D, I like how they used Jones. We can really be sneaky and push through blitzes as that line will take up much bodies
If the ones would have stayed in the whole game, we would have destroyed the Bears. They look close to being ready for the season right now, and we've got 3 more preseason games. I'm happy.
well it shows that all your threads about Guards, Guards, Guards....were very immature and sometimes its a good thing to just play things out, maybe you have to watch the run by miller again, but he definately showed the speed and burst on that run, you can only do so much if the sideline is your enemy and the defender has the angle....
There were 5 defenders, 1 close, that were in angle advantage. If he'd have juked that one dude that tackled him, 4 more would've ate his lunch...great run.
