Last Miami dolphin on the cover I believe was Ricky Williams in the early 00s. This is huge !!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm the only dolphin fan in my league, only AFC East fan too. Hoping I can get Ryan as 10th or 11th QB in the draft this year. The one problem is that it's still likely he will have a couple of very rough intra-division games, so if you draft him, you might want to check out the calendar for when we play Buffalo and NYJ and see if you can handcuff a QB for those weeks.
thats a cool shot..listening to what happened to the punk geno and seeing the other dumass newton makes me more grateful that I have a tough hardworking never throw a teammate under the bus qb, a QB for the people.
Yup, he's one of four.... With Antonio brown, marshawn lynch, and Robert Quinn covering the other 3 corners of the US.
Ohhhhh...that sucks. I'll be stuck with Brown then. And I was going to go to the store to buy one today. Damn.
Yeah, I've been able to get RT as my backup the last two years pretty easily. I'm not sure that will be the case this year. If I don't get one of my top choices, I might roll the dice and go RB in round one and try to get RT after that as my starter.
Someone needs to explain what local means to Sports Illustrated. How is a Miami QB the local cover for the Indiana and Kentucky markets when teams like Pittsburgh and St. Louis? Was hoping Tannehill was the cover in Texas.
I'll have to check the store and see if Tannehill is local here. He should be since neighboring states have it.
Here's all four and where to find them.. "Subscribers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida will receive the Ryan Tannehill cover. News stands in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky will also receive this cover." "Subscribers in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky will receive the Antonio Brown cover." "The Marshawn Lynch cover will go to subscribers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, California, Alaska, and Hawaii." "While the Robert Quinn cover will be delivered to subscribers in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan."
I looked last night and this morning for the magazine but it wasn't out yet here at least, date on the covers say August 17th, 2015 for what it's worth.
Yes nc is a Tannehill. It's not "local". It's regional. His cover is over a pretty big group of southern states. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm gonna have to pick one up when I go to Indiana next month (that makes sense....not) for a wedding. It will join my old William, Fiedler and Lamar Smith issues I kept around somewhere. Still can't believe Fiedler had a cover
"This week’s issue of Sports Illustrated is SI’s fantasy football preview, complete with 21 pages of player and team profiles, rankings, and a five-minute guide to the season."
I wanna get one before Sunday's practice with the off chance that Tannehill will come to the non-wristband wearing autograph section. Also really wish I had a copy of the Ricky Williams magazine.. tempted to buy the autographed one from nfl shop for like $75 or something (my favorite player).
Have to tell you Deej, THill looks a lot stronger than he has in the past, his upper body looks a lot more developed. gone are the Hartline arms Do think he could benefit from more leg work
