Theyre pathetic lol oh well one less unwatchable team in the playoffs. And i dont know where chicago builds from here. Id start by getting rid of Gasol Noah and Taj and go after Love or Aldridge.

Lebron shot under 40% this series with 4.5 TO per game. No Love and hobbled Kyrie. Bulls still lost in 6. That's how bad they are.

The Bulls are terrible, I'm not sure why anyone blames Thibs, that team has a lot of mediocre to bad players and a ton of injuries over the years obviously. I think there are a lot of media darling coaches that wouldn't have his record the last 5 years. I think that team obviously gave up on their coach and the season last night. The effort was maybe the worst I've seen from a team facing an elimination game....at home no less.

Agreed. He was recieving high praise the past few seasons for getting the most out of his teams, despite his star player being hurt every year. They always fought hard in the playoffs despite the handicap. They get Rose back and is it ironic that the team looked mentally defeated and put forth a garbage effort?? Or does Mr Rose and his attitude create a certain atmosphere? I dunno.

Its probably a situation where the team has tuned him out but I would rather keep him than the players on that team. I think them dumping Deng created a bad relationship between him and management, the players see that and are basically throwing their season down the toilet. I'd keep Thibs and get rid of most of the players on the team if I owned that team.

I wonder what NY couldve gotten if they offered THJR instead of Shump?? Ole Timmy had a letdown of a year, shouldve sold high.

Surprised people don't think the Bulls have talent - Rose and Butler were fantastic this series. Dunleavy and Gibson are really good role players. Mirotic is a really fun young player. Gasol is Gasol. Noah was a mess, but he hasn't been the last few years.

As for the Cavs - they got 6 REALLY GOOD games out of their role guys. All of them. If Shumpert had given them 2 games at that level I would've been happy. He gave them 6. Delly, Tristan, JR, Mozgov (he was up and down but holding teams to <35% at the rim in the playoffs) - even guys like James Jones hit some big shots. LeBron had a pretty awful series - Kyrie was hobbled. Role guys all stepped up. Can't imagine that is sustainable.

Rose and Butler weren't fantastic this series. They shot 38% and 40% respectively in this series, that's awful from your 2 main scorers. Noah sucked, Mirotic played like a scrub and Gasol got injured. Only players who really did their part were role players Dunleavy, Gibson and Hinrich, because Aaron Brooks was also terrible.

That Bulls team is and has always been massively overrated by the Chicago loving media lead by Benny the Bull Michael Wilbon.

Rose and Butler sucked this series. Mirotic and Dunleavy were disasters on the court and Noah was a waste of a roster spot.

I agree. The Cavs and Lebron did not play well for much of the series. They were vulnerable and a good team would have taken the opportunity. The Bulls are kind of stuck now in that they have big contracts on the books for the next year or two and not much flexibility. Other than retaining Butler and making a coaching change there's not much they can change.

It always is for a Wizards fan. I thought Atlanta was very vulnerable and we had some really poor performances from some key players at bad times. We also had some mystifying roster choices by the coach who I am starting to think is wasting a lot of talent.

Lakers fans everywhere are laughing. I seriously don't know what more can you give to Doc Rivers, that team was loaded with talent, and to lose the series in that fashion, an epic fourth quarter meltdown is what ended them. yikes.

Finally missed one...if Wall is healthy the Wiz are playing Wednesday.

    Conference Finals

    GS over Hou in 6
    Cle over ATL in 6

Setting up what would be one of the more entertaining finals matchups in a long time, two flashy teams with multiple flashy players. NBA wins.

Your hatred for the Heat is downright obnoxious. If that finals gets anywhere near the ratings as Heat vs Spurs two years ago i will be shocked and there was excitement and flash galore from those two teams. Stop it already. It is honestly very weird how suddenly youre riding lebrons jock. I want to see previous season NBA threads to see what you were saying about him during his time here. My guess is youre mostly riding him now to bait.
