Certain GM is like dealing with being on fire only with a 4th rule. Stop, Drop, Roll & Ignore. Lest ye be consumed in flames.
Willing to package both my 5th round picks for a 4th round pick if the right player(s) roll around. Hit me up if interested.
While he does own 25% of the 4th round picks, I know he'll reach out to me if he's actually interested.
There's one last guy on the board on my wishlist.....but I don't think I'll get up there enough to grab him. Fingers crossed though.
Also willing to listen to offers on RB Theo Riddick who had 34 catches, 316 yards, and 4TDs last season. Very versatile player that I'm willing to let go for the right price.
Chip has told me that he's bored with the draft and wants to wrap it up. So the Eagles are willing to package 132 and 147 for the chance to move up into Round 4. If this appeals to you, PM me and let me know.
Very excited to get a safety in the 3 round that had 90+ tackles last year. And in his sophomore and junior senior seasons had 13 interceptions combined. Likely to start behind Rolle and develop.
Man, I just traded down into a BK. Great pick by the bengals, getting themselves a quality WR after the run of WR's taken in the 1st and 2nd
He was one of a small group I had targeted, but I wasn't sure it was worth that pick. I didn't think he'd go at that point. Does make my decision easier at 97 tho, barring the spectacular with Cleveland
Sorry about that :/ Had you asked, I would've told you we were high on two guys there and would've deferred to not taking yours. Coincidentally, Jackson was the other one we liked.
Yeah I was torn between jackson and mcbride. In trading down i was hoping against hope i could grab 1 (probably mcbride) at 97 and the other at 112, but I still got my man.
I'll live with Jackson in the 4th round all day if I were you. He could go in the 2nd and I liked him a little more than McBride, but adding a slot or 4th WR after moving Hawkins was a priority. You did well to get Jackson though, probably a steal. Chargers were chatting him up for about 20 minutes at FSU's Pro Day.
Man, blame Bdog for taking McBride. If mcbride was there I probably would've committed to moving down. But alas I think this'll work out for the best. I get a project OG who I think will become a stud, Bdog gets the WR he needs (it's only fair too, since you gave me Marvin Jones), and then I feel guilty for wakeupitsfootball. All's well that ends well.
Yeah, I'm bummed about McBride, but I'm psyched about getting Jackson in the 4th. I think he'll mature into a quality RG, and the leader of the Tampa Bay O-Line after Mankins' departure.
That's exactly why I wanted more than substantial trade value...figured I was gonna lose one or both of my top remaining targets.
Man I hope he doesn't take his time unless he really wants to trade down (which I can't imagine why he would right now; only so many draft picks are useful in a given year). He has every right to take his sweet time, it is just my selfishness that I wish to see them come at a faster than typical speed.
Even only others could be as quick with their picks, should I do the courtesy of just banging them out...
Sorry, we've got chaos in the war room here... people banging on tables. It's just a mad house, we will be back tomorrow at 6 PM to announce our picks.
You shouldn't rush, no. I just imagine myself in your situation. I'd have been planning my selections for a few days, taking into account a few potential contingencies, but for the most part I'd already have lined up who I would take when the time comes.
All my targets are still around. The only two early round talents I would have taken were LB Bernardrick McKinney and RB David Johnson. So I could announce my picks any time here. They'll also all about overdrafted compared to the real NFL draft.
As a nickel dt pass rush specialist he's worth more, duh..... but one GM here is pretty adamant that he's a DE/edge-player where he's like a 3rd string backup.
Bridgewater really wasn't a spread offense. Most of his snaps were under center and he was asked to make pre-snap reads. A bit more advanced then most QBs.
Us starting Josh Harris in the playoffs says otherwise. :sadwalk: (I'm assuming you already took care of that anyways)
So what youre saying is you absolutely have that retentive gene.....? Its ok, Id have been doing the same thing.
Pretty thrilled with Pullard and Ryan. I kinda thought it was looking ugly when there was a few runs on LBs.
