I'm really surprised Dawson lasted this long. LAte to meetings and failed test for adderall or not, he's owned up to his mistakes.
Hope that didn't take long to come up with... even though you have plenty of time, sitting on a dynasty that was already created... lazy ****.
Good give up.... and someone take the rest of my picks so I can move up and draft one more and move on haha
Oakland very solid draft... Jets are happy to add the only good Dallas DB (sorry Van!) to our CB core, who finished +10.9 according to PFF. He joins Corey Graham (+11.4) and one of the premier nickel CBs Walter Thurmond (who was only able to play in 1.5 games.)
Damn it Van! I was hoping against hope he'd be there for my next pick. Not that I needed another CB, but the value is insane. I cannot believe he lasted this long. He could legitimately be a 1st round pick next month. Had I not needed a HB (and also loved Abdullah where I got him), Jones would have been my pick at 59.
Ahem. Sterling Moore wasn't no slouch ;p But yah that's why I drafted 2 new corners. Dallas need the overhaul. Got taller in the secondary. Hell I lucked out. If I had gone WR at 27 I was going Byron at 34. Things worked out very well.
I love the McKinney pick. He's a solid fit as a 3-4 ILB or 4-3 Strongside backer. Just a real good football player. He's 3rd or 4th on most boards at ILB but 2nd on mine after Kendrick's and probably the safest IMO
It was Jones or Collins for me at 51...both have tremendous upside. In the end Fangio wanted the tough guy.
I'd like to offer up a combination of DE/LB Nick Perry and TE Andrew Quarless for a 3rd round pick... or perhaps even better... DE/LB Mike Neal and TE Andrew Quarless...
