1. The draft will begin on March 22, 2015. 2. Each team will receive a one hour time slot to make their selection when they are on the clock. It is their choice to use up that time or to make their selection right away. 3. We will be shutting down the draft at night that way members don't need to make their picks early into the morning. Teams may make their selections during this time if they are currently on the clock. The formula will just repeat itself for the next team on the clock, but the designated time slots will not change. 4. You may send a draft bulletin to the Draft Committee Members (GridIronKing34, schisno, & BuckeyeKing) if your selection is coming up and you're not sure if you'll be around during your pick. Please send your bulletin to as many Committee Members as possible to ensure we receive it in time. Below is an example of a draft bulletin: Team A Draft Bulletin at # Overall: Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State (if not here then select below) Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon (if not here then select below) Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA 5. There will be two boards, an official draft thread and an unofficial draft thread. If you wish to talk and speculate about each teams picks, please do so in the unofficial draft thread. Official draft thread is for drafting players ONLY. 6. If you fail to pick a player for your given time slot and don't give us a bulletin for us to go by, we will be forced to go BPA for your team at the end of the day. Teams may jump other teams if their deadline is ONE hour away and the team(s) before them have not selected a player. 7. If you do not show up for the draft (don't leave a bulletin or make your selection), you will forfeit your remaining draft selections if you do this for TWO straight selections barring extenuating circumstances. 8. The draft committee will make selections for any missed picks once the draft day is over after 10:00PM EST. 9. Please do not complain if the draft committee selects a player you didn't want if you failed to show up for your time slot OR didn't leave a bulletin. You've been warned. 10. Teams will announce what draft picks they will sign once the draft is completed. You do not need to be under the salary cap with draft picks until you've announced any as signed. If you notice that your selection is comes up soon, please send a bulletin in case you cannot make your draft selection. so, just to reiterate... you can't jump a team until you are one hour away from your deadline. So, as an example, the 23rd pick time slot is up at 2pm, they miss their pick, the 24th pick can select if the time is 2pm. If they make their selection (and the 23rd pick has not yet been selected), the 25th pick cannot jump in until the clock hits 3pm (their deadline is 4pm, one hour away). Makes sense to me
