Wouldn't it be nice if we had a new coach to manage a brand new roster? And not have to spin our wheels wondering about whether it's Philbin still suckin' wind, or the assembly of the new team? But nope. Ross doesn't know how to do a clean sweep.

    I said it yesterday...

I think Tannenbaum told Ross save your money. Philbin is a cheap HC. Ill build a roster Omar Kelly could win it all with.

If you have a good front office, you can attract good coaches without offering total control. How many guys wouldn't want to coach in Baltimore?

If Tannenbaum continues doing a good job acquiring talent and bringing innovation to the franchise, I'd see it as an attractive quality to a potential candidate.
