Don Shula refers to Bill Belichick as "Beli-cheat" in an interview

i have no doubt they are still cheating. we will never truly know what they were doing and how deep it went but bellichick isnt doing this for a decade if it was useless like some of the ballwashers at the four letter network would lead you to believe. goodell had to do something since the league had egg on its face so he had to do something but we all know from the rice video goodell will sweep anything under the rug. the thing is yeah there were a lot of players saying something was up and one was ted johnson of the patriots saying how he was getting sheets before the game with all the audibles and signals. a lot of the media blamed the jets for ratting out the patriots which is just pathetic. the media knows how to play ball and how they must lick the balls of the pats and sweep everything under the rug or suffer consequences.

 

well I know this is off the beaten path but the refs helped Dallas win and Goodell the diwhit is responsible this is why I begged you guys to help me find a way to piss off Goodell until he is gone we wont win any games or we will win very few games because the officials have it in for us and we should not deny it .

I know I have no respect for espn or the league office .

Damn, the Don still has all the inside info. I bet he's the one who tipped off the league about the Beli-cheats deflated balls.

 

Goodell is not responsible for Ray Rice beating up his girlfriend, nor is he responsible for BB cheating during the spygate thing, nor is he responsible for all the DUI's and drug charges players/coaches are guilty of, nor is he responsible for Bountygate with the Saints, but he is responsible for maintaining even distribution of punishment for these infractions... That is the only thing he's been remiss in. If I had my way, I'd disqualify the patriots from the SB and put the Dolts in, even if they don't deserve to be there. But I digress, Goodell has to find a way to be fair in doling out discipline yet protect the individual's rights (not guilty until proven) and still keep the shield from getting tarnished. It's a tall task and I don't know that anyone else could be any better...shoot, two years ago, the Ray Rice thing would have been over and done with, with the 2 game suspension. But the public has a way of changing what they thing is important to them, and now suddenly every idiot who beats his wife is as bad as being a murderer. I don't disagree with that at all, but the fact remains that public opinion has changed and Goodell has had to change his discipline along with it... It's just not as simple as coming up with a policy and sticking to it, as each case has been and always will be different...

I don't envy Goodell's position at all...

 

wow, i never heard of the allegations about the radio frequencies and brady's helmet that Doug Flutie basically confirmed was happening.

I remember when mort first reported this and then all of a sudden it seemed his bosses told him to bury the info. I always said when his career began there were times brady would just stand there(pre-snap) motionless. No audibles, no hand signals no verbal communication to his teammates. This is the main reason why I will never view him as a top qb. He knew and benefited from all of their cheating ways.

idk, maybe the people who claim brady is a great qb are dreading the inevitable of acknowledging they were duped all these years. We are football fans first and foremost so if you love this sport you should hate the pats* systemic deception.

 

Think about it. Shula knows a little more about what's going on in the league than the average fan or sportswriter. If he says "Bellicheat" on national TV, you can take it to the bank that Bellichick was purposely and systematically cheating.
