It makes sense if you watch the clip in the previous post. I hit "post quick reply" before I should have. Nutshell: Tannehill has a lot of unused ability, and I was referencing the movie Swingers to illustrate it with a parallel situation. IMO, Wilson and Luck have the killer instinct and use it on the field and Tannehill doesn't use it (I can't say whether he has it or not).
Is there a prop bet out there whether Manning will have an offseson surgery? He is clearly not the same guy he was in November.
Its just wear and tear, and its mainly due to his last surgery, hes on his last leg of his career, he might have one more season left.. maybe 2.
I completely agree, they are mentally built for postseason play where I dont believe RT17 is there mentally yet (or if ever).
Your right, I would say only ones better are Revis, and Sherman. Haden is overrated and Talib is oft injured.
I like him over Revis, hes been playing like Revis used to on the Jets. Sherman is clearly the best though. But Vontae is #2 imo.
What I learned in conversations is that the fact that Vontae couldn't turn the corner until he left Miami isn't a knock on Philbin. For some reason, creating an environment where players can reach their potential isn't under head coach.
Sad part is, even Sean smith is graded as a top 10 CB per PFF... dansby leaves and played like a DPOY candidate for the Cardinals that one season till he left for the Browns.. This is why im afraid of letting Wallace go because you just know hes going to explode with a team that will allow him to use his full talent (that has a quarterback with an accurate deep ball). I can just picture Wallace in the Eagles running circles around DB's just like Jackson did for them...
Its over, that gigantic shopping spree by the Broncos in free agency failed. Cant buy a championship in the NFL.
Its football, and its the playoffs.. Anything can happen, I'm sure most people said Broncos would of won this game but fact is Colts play better when the odds are stacked against them and they have a maestro at QB. So I'm not gonna sit here and say its automatic that the Pats win.
I agree with everything, maybe I just don't want to get my hopes up. I just don't see it, but I would love to see it. The only team I give a good chance are the Seahawks.
I like the spirit! The Pats thumped the Colts in the playoffs last year, as well. My thinking is this: Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!
I just think AL12 is the type of guy you should never bet against, I do understand that on paper the Pats should win, good thing for us its played on gridiron and AL12 is one tough son of a ***** to put away... Remember last year when KC was up like 42-7 at halftime and AL12 brought them back for the win? That game will always stick in my mind...
