0 chance we win out. Our offensive line is yet again awful despite continually pouring resources into it every offseason. Our pass rush has gone from unreal to non existent, our LB's could never cover anyone all year and now our secondary looks like **** too. NE is going to spank our ***.

And if we do win we will do the most Dolphin thing possible and get shut out by Minnesota the next week.

We have such a deficiency at OL and in the secondary that I think I want them to lose out, fire Philbin, and be in better draft shape. Really, where are we going if we get into the playoffs? Can't believe I typed that, and will still get worked up for all remaining games, but still, is there really anything wrong with my logic or am I going crazy?

No its the same thing we've been faced with for about 15 years with this mediocre team. Once we get to about week 15/16 we are still technically in it but nobody thinks we are an actual playoff team and we always have some huge holes on our roster. I won't start rooting for draft position until we are eliminated but I know we aren't making the playoffs yet again and despite all the optimism early in the year we are yet again mired better 7-9 and 9-7 with no real hope of climbing out of that.

The injury bug hit us pretty good this year. It happens to a lot of teams, but I've witnessed the regression in our OLine after Albert went down. Then we lose Mike Thomas, Delmas, Taylor, Davis, Finnegan all in the secondary. Can't forget about Moreno. At a certain point a team just can't compensate for all the injuries. Can you win games, sure. Can you beat the best in the league to win it all? Unlikely. Especially when we have a turnstile OL. It is affecting the entire offense and play calling.

We need a lot to happen at this point to make the playoffs, especially if we lose to New England (which we all have happening). It's possible that we get in at 9-7 but we need certain teams to win one week and lose the next. I've gone over the schedule and it seems highly unlikely we make the playoffs if we can't finish 10-6.

No, I do not think so..I myself had those exact thoughts...I am embarrassed by those thoughts but what can I Say? At 7-9 we will be much higher up the draft ladder which could really lead us to bigger chances of us getting the type players that we need. I could also ser us finish 10-6 and miss or make the playoffs but having way too many injuries to compete.

I just don't think we can score more than 20 points the next 3 games. We may lose 2-3 of them. I'm done and I probably won't watch next week. I may record it and fast forward when the defense is on the field, because it's so boring watching them blow 5-7 minute drives that always culimate in TDs. I hate watching this sorry defense. Coyle sucks can't stop the run and yesterday can't stop the forward pass.
