This website is really shaping out to be a great one. I loved it when it was Celtkin.com and to be honest, when FH came back up, I really didn't want to leave Celtkin.com because I got used to it. However, there were so many posters that I communicated with and they went back to FH so then I did too. I'm just happy we all get along or a great percentage of us do. I've met many people that I never seen on FH before but I can say that I am very happy that I did meet them as they are great people. Also, there are so many quality posters here and I'd like to thank them for communicating with me and being patient with me when I am incorrect.
And the best part is.... no malicious ads that freeze up my Mozilla Firefox. I am just about done with the other site.
I went to the "other site" the other day to see how things were looking and the ads were horrid. No kidding I actually had one start playing some sort of rap music, which is another reason to thank you guys for keeping us ad free.
I completely forgot about this site when it was Celtkin.com because I thought it was getting closed down after finheaven got back up and running and I found out the truth on my own (Thanks guys...jk ). I have friends over at finheaven so Im not going to bash the site (The same way you dont bash an ex employer at an interview). This is definately a very classy site with the jibberish at a minimum... Not for nothin though, the ad's do totally SUCK. In any event, regardless of ThePhins.com or Finheaven.com, were all brothers and sisters in the neverending land of the Fin...
Anyway, thanks for finding me and leading me to this great-looking site. Just in time for the season, too!
i have not posted in the announce yourslef here until now due to the fact thhat i tried to keep my handle as close to the other one in assumption that most people here would recognize me from the time spent at my ex girlfriends place but i just wanted to say i feel very welcome here even when i do make ridiculous comments. again i am no expert on all things football and dolphins but hope i can be at the least a comedic relief at times. also i just wanted to say that here i feel like i am in the v.i.p no matter where or what i post here and that is in large part due to the great staff and fellow posters here so great job everyone and i look forward to conversing with all regardless of whether we are in agreement on any subject maters. i also like the "don't ask,don't tell" from this site concerning why i came to this site as i really don't want to upset anyone from the other boards because there are still some good people there. furthermore i am not one that likes to finger point and name call which is one thing i love about this place.

Good post.. And the theory behind it is very true.. I've been with Finheaven since 02.. Wasn't the most prolific poster, but I always supported the site and was constantly on the forums.. Things just didn't seem right the past 5-6 months, I noticed a huge drop off in name recognition. I immediately starting scouring the web for new forums, but this site never came up... After doing more digging in the forums to NO AVAIL, I finally did the old google "type in user names" and look for threads deal. That is when I found you guys again.. I think those of us that have spent a lot of time at FH will eventually start searching again as the quality of the boards have declined significantly with the loss of the most prolific and smart posters around... I'm super glad to be here... While I don't want to taint my view of FH, it is very obvious that the majority of the supporters and contributors to FH wound up here, which IMHO speaks volumes about the split.
