Or less was only once, in his last year. And 10>9.

I'm not sure you're getting how this works. Wes Welker averages more than 10 his whole career except once at 9.9 and this year, the tail end of his career.

9 yards per completion is just not that impressive especially with his high completion rate, which implies very short routes. He's a dump off running back almost.

10 ypc is at the bottom of the range, so yeah 9 ypc isn't. 10 ypc isn't even that impressive unless you're at 120 catches a year. There is a discussion of this in the Club, with 87% of passes thrown Landry's way (not just catches but attempts) are within 10 yards of the LOS.

I guess we have to remember this OL is not playing as well as the OL that was together earlier this year... Lazor has had to adjust the scheme to quick passes, which it would equal smaller YPA, because the receivers are not getting their YAC... my opinion...

I'll be in New York City tomorrow, should I wear my Dolphins gear to piss off some New Yorkers?

I guess we have to remember this OL is not playing as well as the OL that was together earlier this year... Lazor has had to adjust the scheme to quick passes, which it would equal smaller YPA, because the receivers are not getting their YAC... my opinion...

Also lets not forget the fact that these last 4 games (Detroit, Bills, Denver and Jets) has been the toughest part of the schedule DL (against the run) against our O... Cannot run the ball and guess what, with a patch together OL (one great vet, one decent vet, one not so decent vet, a rookie, and 3 back ups), the run stops here... so the DL's pin their ears back and the passing attack has to change to move the chains...

Before Albert got hurt and the OL was steady (no change in personnel) they improved RT's YA... from Oakland to San Diego these were RT's stats= 157 atts, 108 comp (70%), 1,283 yds (8.1 YPA), 10 TDs (6%), 4 INTs and 104 QBR...record of 4-1

Since Albert and others in the OL were injured and had to be replaced/move around, and against 4 of the TOP 7 ranked Defenses against the RUN (Det #1, Den # 2, Jet's #3, and Bill #7) in yards, RT's stats have looked like this= 143 atts, 104 comp (73%), 910 yds (6.4 YPA), 6 TD's (4%), 3 INTs, and 94 QBR... record of 2-2...

RT's YPA has dropped almost 2 YPA and the only constants have been injuries to the OL and tougher Run Defenses... after all, the games as we all know are won in the trenches...

Nice use of stats. It definitely backs up the eye test.
