    Big game..

Ronnie Hillman and Monte Ball will both be out, leaving CJ Anderson and Juwan Thompson available.

at this point Thomas and Sanders are day to day, we'll see how the week unfolds their status.

Looks like Fox is taking some heat from the fanbase...hey, they shouldn't be losing three games..not with the talent on that freakin team.

''The Broncos' three losses all came in games in which Virgil Green did not play or left early. Denver is 6-0 when Virgil Green finishes games, and they're 1-3 when he's not in the lineup for most of the game.''

ill have to get some status on green.

I want the Broncos at full strength. I don't want any excuses if the Fins win.

I want our boys to go out and earn the respect they deserve.

I often like to go on the forum sites of other teams to see how their fans react to losses. Especially since there are some individuals on this forum who think Miami fans are the worse fans in the league because of the negative comments after the Dolphins lose a game.

Last night I went onto the Broncos game day thread to see what they were saying during and after the game against the Rams.

As you stated, Fox was taking a lot of heat for the play of the Broncos. There were many calls for firing him and many of the fans were also upset at Elway.

What I found interesting is that there were several fans who wanted the Broncos to lose their remaining games so they could get a higher pick in the draft. To many of these fans, if the Broncos aren't good enough to win the SB this year, the team should just be blown up and the front office should just let Manning go after this season.

Manning and the OL were taking a lot of heat on the forum, just like Tannehill and the OL have taken heat after losses. The most surprising thing was that the vast majority of the posters were negative toward the team and the coaching staff, even though the Broncos are still 7-3 and are in first place in their division. It seems like the loss to the Patriots a few weeks ago, and the fact the Broncos will probably have to travel to New England if they do make the playoffs, has soured a lot of the Broncos fans against Manning, Fox, and even Elway.

We are told all the time that Dolphin fans are not true fans because we get down on the team after a loss. Based on all the negative comments of the Bronco fans after their loss yesterday, it would appear that Bronco fans are even worse than Dolphin fans when it comes to ripping there team and coaches after a loss.

In fact negative comments are the rule on all the forums after losses by every team in the NFL. So I really don't see that Dolphin fans are any different than the fans of any other team in the league when it comes to their comments after a loss. The reality is that we certainly aren't anywhere close to the worst fans in the NFL, in regards to negative comments on team forums after a loss.

I think any fan base is capable of knee jerk reactions, not just ours. Thing is I simply don't see why they would be downing Manning and company right now. Each and every team in this league has had a struggle or setback at some point one way or the other. There is no way i'm betting against Peyton Manning or even Tom Brady who was catching heat earlier this year. That's why it is so ridiculous to read comments like that. The NFL is just a tough league to make it in from the bottom on up to the top. That's also why its the greatest sport played in America.

Fanbases tend to over-react and be stupid everywhere. It's never been just a Miami thing. IMO this message board is better than most. It seems to have fewer trolls than most. And it seems to have fewer 'fire everybody' posts after each loss or 'we're going to the SB' posts after each win than most. Sure it happens. Every fan base has a percentage with the emotional stability of pre-teen girls, but my impression is that the percentage here is lower than on most message boards I've seen. And if you go to the club then it's even better.

There's also more respect. And more football talk. I swear going to a Jets board, regardless of when, is just a barrage of curses and name-calling. Bills fans are all 'the sky is falling' or 'we're number one. Patriots boards seem to talk the less football, and more 'what did espn say?' that befalls most bandwagon fans. My favorite thing to ask pats fans is 'who was the QB before Drew Bledsoe?' - and I'd say only about 20% know.

The Broncos play KC the week after us, that's going to be a bigger game than ours. I could actually see the Broncos not rushing players back for us, but get them healthy for KC.

Well, then we should nice and shake his ankle.....um........hand when we tackle him and ask him if the ankle is feeling alright. :wink2:

Maybe twist the ankle over to see if we can definitively find the sore spot and point it out to their trainers so they can focus treatment on the area; just in case they missed anything.

one thing about dolphins fans and activity on fan websites, were elite i tell ya...we just love the virtual fandom..

they really have no business losing three games 10 games in..too much talent..I don't like Fox as a coach, i feel like he's missing some thing in the personality and leadership dept..might be a nice guy and a good coordinator, just don't think the inspiration is there..

We have them at one dimensional at this point and were hungry..

i say we take this game and we say fu## it, just gonna blitz the sh$# out of this old man and see what happens, I mean come after the pocket like crazed dogs, don't even worry about the run..... sometimes you just gotta say______.

So Lazor stated that he tries to protect Ryan from running so that he won't get hurt..

Winning is more important, using your player strengths, especially your qb....don't use those traits wisely in the stretch run here, your gonna sorry you ever said that.

We aren't doing anything if Ryan's hurt on the bench. He's already got throwing shoulder and ankle injuries.

tell you what we're not doing anything of if we don't fully incorporate his legs into the gameplan, playoffs and Ryan doesn't start to incorporate his legs into his own gameplan..

running by design, running and throwing by design, running on purpose, running and throwing while scrambling..4 elements to attack the defense....leave them out and you will be home for playoffs.

i can see the broncos point though, they have not a young QB like we do, that we hope is our future, they have a 40 year old Hall of Famer who is soon to be done and then they have that guy who gives every porn actor in business a run for his money when it comes to names....brock osweiler

on that one broncos board www.orangemane.com they have a thread that was started after rams game called "Bring Back Tebow"....LOL

they also say that Peyton is absolutely terrified behind this line and he is afraid of getting hit....

This isn't going to be an easy one. If we win, it will be an upset. They haven't lost at home yet this year. They have a better passing game and only allow 73 rushing yards per game. They average 413 yards of offense. Vegas has a fat line of -7.5 on them. We need to run on them and beat up Peyton. If we generate a pass rush and they don't account for Tanny on the read option they could have problems.

As bad as Football fans can be, baseball fans are even worse. Everyone of them is a complete expert on baseball and believe they could manage their favorite team better than whomever the manager may be. It is that way from Little League all the way up to MLB. One of my friends from my high school days was the best player in his class in both football and baseball. He was also very good in basketball, though did not take it as seriously. After 4 years as the starting QB for his college team he returned to his home town to become a high school teacher and coach. I noticed he never coached baseball though, and chose tennis instead for a spring sport to coach. I asked him why. He said baseball coaching in high school was the most thankless coaching job you could get. The parents of most every player considered themselves more knowledgeable than the coach, and were all too willing to be offering unsolicited advice on a regular basis. Second guessing which position their kid played, or how the coach handled the pitching rotation, etc. He said it wasn't worth the aggravation to him. Coaching tennis was great, because so few of the parents knew enough to be complaining about things to the coach. He did coach football though, as the OC, and that was really his first love anyway.
