Worst part of DT is, this administration isn't even tied to him. It's the previous regime

I wouldn't say this is a banner year for tight ends. I would keep an eye on C.J. Uzomah of Auburn, maybe Jeff Heuerman of Ohio State. If Maxx Williams of Minnesota comes out he fits the type you seem to want. I've looked at those guys and like them.

Between Uzomah and Heuerman, who do you like the most?

Hard to say right now. Heuerman could do 33 bench reps at 6'4" and 255 lbs with a 36.5 inch vertical and a sub-4.6 forty. And he blocks well, is a team captain. But on the field Uzomah is the more compelling pass catcher, and has RAC ability. Also very athletic himself. Tough call.

Its a banner year in pass rushers. Even though I want a OG with the first I wouldn't be adverse to getting another pass rusher. Can you imagine our defense with another sick pass rusher?

Who do you have in mind? I want a pass rusher first before an OG.

That's what we should have with Dion Jordan, but we don't. You can never go wrong with a good offensive lineman, I know its not a sexy pick but it could set our offense up for years to come. I don't know about a OG in the first though, maybe 2nd. I want a WR with our first. Where I think we are gonna be picking (mid 20's) there is usually a good bunch of good WR's available.

Let's not forget Terrence Fede just yet. Or Chris McCain. Or Dion Jordan for that matter. Or Olivier Vernon.

Miami needs to figure out the safety position opposite Reshad Jones. Perhaps that means re-signing Louis Delmas who I think has been kind of mediocre here. Perhaps it means going after someone fairly high though. We also need to figure out the corner spot opposite Brent Grimes. My feeling is Kevin Coyle's defense might be rewarding to veterans...and so the answer to that position could be in free agency with someone like a Chris Harris of Denver.

Personally I think with the way Miami's offense is structured, I would like to take care of the tailback position with someone I feel can do it all...a real jack of all trades. Everyone knows that Melvin Gordon is a stud and he'll be drafted like one. Todd Gurley is the same even with the ACL tear. Ameer Abdullah has gotten lots of publicity for good reason but ultimately he's not going to be drafted as high as people think. Even so, he would be an extraordinary addition for this offense because of the fact that he can do everything.

I would also like to draft a significant quarterback. That's not an indictment of Ryan Tannehill. It's just a fact of life in today's NFL that you really ought to be grooming guys at that position. My favorite for this is obviously Rakeem Cato of Marshall. But I'm open to others. The bottom line is they need to get someone.

I know, especially the way our team is playing now. The Ravens got rid of him to and he was on the Pats practice squad before he was activated to play against the Jets.

Watched the Gronk replay. Some of you should pump the breaks as Gronk definitively got his facemask held and pushed him off.

Not that anyone jumped to any rash conclusions lol

hard to say who will be available when we pick or where these guys will be slotted after the all star games and combines but Vic Beasely, Shilique Calhoun, Leonard Floyd, Shaq Thompson, Dante Fowler, Shane Ray, Shawn Oakman for now are guys I would really be hoping to land

a WR or RB would be acceptable too. For me I've narrowed down my draft to OG, pass rusher, WR, and RB. We'll see what free agency brings us and maybe we'll slip in a DB if one of the four is addressed

I'd rather ditch Satele, move Pouncey back to center. Pick up a FA veteran RG and then draft a mid round guy to compete with Turner. No reason to go nuts drafting a guard high.

I'd rather go Safety, Big Red Zone Hartline Replacing WR, HB, TE in those first couple rounds.

I don't see the Patriots finishing any worse than 13-3 this season. They will end up with home field advantage in the playoffs and I predict they will be the AFC champion and will meet the Packers in the Super Bowl.

I was happy to see our AFC Beast brethren curb stomp the Colts, as expected. They are so overrated year after year. It will be that much sweeter when we take the division and shut down the Pats. We are better than the Pats. If we ran the ball more in some of our losses, especially in the red zone like the Pats do, we'd be in the same position.

As far as the draft, two names, Phillip Dorsett and TJ Yeldon, I'm on the bandwagon.

Jonas Gray is still a huge toss up. That knee cant be trusted. Ive still yet to see the player that has had an injury like he did and not reinjure it. Besides pocket passing quarterbacks that is. He does look good but I wouldnt trust that knee.

With that said he looks like Corey Dillon out there so far and thats not good for the rest of the Afc.

I think Dolphins fans are amusing themselves if they think we can win the division. The Patriots may be the best team in the NFL.

Why I think we match up well with NE, Miami doesn't have the ability to reel off winning streaks like the Patriots do.

At this point, I think we should be concerned about the WC.

The Patriots might lose at GB, but other than that, I don't see it. (I don't expect us to win in NE)

We should be happy with either the 5th or 6th seed. Not only will it be nice to simply be in the playoffs, but I'm more than happy to take my chances against Indy or any of the AFC North teams.

Well, I guess we'll see how we match up with them in a few weeks.

Regardless, I would favor the Dolphins against Cleveland, Pitt or Cincy. Pitt the toughest of those 3

If we beat Denver, I think we have a good shot at the division. The Pats are not unbeatable and are unlikely to get to the game against us without another loss. To do that, their win streak would have to go to 9 and 9-game win streaks don't happen often, especially against 6 good teams in a row. Detroit will match up well against them and the Packers in GB will be tough. A west coast game against SD is no gimme either. If we beat Denver, we then have the Jets and Baltimore at home, which are very winnable games. If we can get to the NE just one game back, we have a chance to basically pick up 2 games on them with a win with a 2-0 head-to-head matchup advantage. We then finish with Minny and NYJ at home. Yeah, we crapped the bed in a similar situation last year, but I won't just assume we do it again.
