I don't see Cowher getting back into coaching, but if he did, I think he would probably be looking at taking a job with a high profile team. I could see him the Jets or Giants job being the type of high profile job which might entice him to come back as an NFL head coach.

Here's all he has to do...just go from side to side and reset, just forget the timing offense in this game and break the pocket early to either side in the progression and find your outlets Landry and clay during work in the middle, every once in a while when you break have Wallace run some extended pKay routes and take your shot deep.

Come on Ryan showcase that you have this element of the game...he needs to become 3 dimensional.,not stay 1

DJ I will tell you why people arrive late sometimes I just spoke with my son to left here at 4 o'clock and he's just parking traffic on the turnpike filtering into the stadium is a bear unless you get to the stadium at least three hours early you end up getting in there late because of the all the ways to get in there from the different streets are always jam packed just an FYI

As a former NFL head coach, Cowher has always been supportive of keeping the head coaches. I don't think I have ever heard him say that a head coach should be replaced.

Philbin is probably secure if he can lead the team to a winning record, but Ross might still feel it is playoffs or bust, in regards to retaining Philbin for next year. If the Dolphins don't make the playoffs and Ross could entice Harbaugh to take the job, I have no doubt Ross would make that move.

In Buffalo they have new ownership. This new ownership didn't hire any of the current football staff. So no one really knows if this ownership wants to retain the coaching staff and the GM or they want to bring in their own staff. Obviously if the Bills make the playoffs, the new ownership would be more likely to keep things the way they are now. Anything less than the playoffs might bring about a complete chance in the GM and coaching staff.
