I can't say I am as upset as I was when we lost to GB.

    1) We almost won one of the ugliest games I have seen miami play in a while and thats a good sign because good teams find ways to win ugly games. Problem for me is we lost LOL. BUT...

    2) I am mad and pissed that Philbin is still a pansy ***** that cost us another game due to being a coward with his tail tucked when it comes to winning/killing a team.

    3) BUT I am not that upset because I truly believe our ******ed team believe it or not is one of those teams where if they can SNEAK into the playoffs they can make a run because they are a very talented team.

    4) PROBLEM though is we can't afford injuries to thin positions like LB or CB (finnegan left and Lions offense exploded, another pathetic 2nd round pick by that ape **** Fireland) and the last problem for me is

    5) the AFC is so damn tight this year where trying to sneak into the playoffs might not be even possible because of how close the entire AFC is.

    My final thoughts...

    1) Philussy is a coward and will remain a coward, its his DNA
    2) its a good team where RT17 has impressed tremendously even today but his deep ball is still horrendous and we have no threat in that aspect of the game.
    3) If we can sneak in we can make some noise
    4) Sneaking in this year will be the problem.

THIS! This is the mentality we have to accept every year.. Maybe we can sneak in. How about we do it right and beat the **** out the other teams and announce were coming in.. This team just has no heart and it starts with the coach...
they get scared and go into conservative oh no we are not supposed to be in a position to win so lets just **** it up.. Yeah detroit is a good team but they lost there last 3 or 5 it was at home to AFC east well now thats gone...

Jamar Taylor didn't do that bad. Not sure where Philbin really ****ed up this week, really just felt like the Lions made one more play then we did. Oh and clay dropped a td we needed

Yes he did. Taylor came into the game and Suddenly Detroit's offense attacked him and took off. How many catches and yards did Tate have when Taylor stepped into the game?

the Lions offense moved up and down the field with ease once Finnegan left the game. 1st play they went after taylor and it worked. Taylor is pathetic and like he said, i feared my career was over during the offseason, well guess what, the way he is playing no wonder he felt that way. it isn't over but it sure as hell isn't anything better then what a 5th/6th round player would do.

I agree we shouldn't sneak in but when your coach is a little ***** and your QB can't connect on a single pass over 20 yards you aren't going to dominate or get in with ease.
Our record should and could have easily been 7-2 this year, instead we are 5-4 because our Phillussy coach gets queasy. WTF is he going to feel if its the Super Bowl? lol

I guess some of you might need to be reminded that Golen Tate has 900yds on the season and is one of the top 5 wrs in the nfl right now. Im not saying Taylors an all pro but give the kid a ****ing break. geez,

All this rage and blame towards the Dolphins is, Im sorry, ridiculous.
Did anyone notice that Detroit was also playing hard? Did anyone notice that they are damn good team?
Circumstances, luck and inches decided which team was better today.
This was a defensive slugfest from start to finish. This was the big boys fighting each other tooth and nail.
The Dolphins lost today. If they played again next week in Miami, would you bet against the Dolphins?
We still have a good team, it just didn't go our way today.
Im proud that this team can go toe to toe with the elite teams and hold their own.
We may be a season, and a dominant offensive playmaker away from elite, but this team is heading in the right direction.
Hats off to them playing a damn tough game today.

The problem is on us, expecting to get 16 full games out of Louie Delmas, Grimey, and Finnegan. Those are old and battered dudes, as awesome as they have ben playing. Desperately need depth at CB.

QB still and most likely will suck against a good front 4 next week too. RT17 is good every other week. There is game film, stats etc. to prove that. It is what it is. We had to get 7 points down there.

This. Taylor and Davis should have more of a presence, but they routinely bone the pooch when they do.

I also think losing Thomas hurts us big time. He was coming into his own, took over some Wilson snaps and did FAR better then wilson as I think he freakign sucks *** and on ST he was a gem.

Big blows considering how an article came out of how we are "unusually" healthy at this point of the season. They can go ahead and toss that article out now.

This game was a game where I thought a win great/loss no biggie as long as we were in it to the end. We were. Thursday is the game that will tell me, personally, where this team is. A must win home game against a division rival who has already beat us this year and seems to have our number. I see improvement in this team. They can play with anybody just because of how good or defense is. We beat the Bills we are a playoff team. I believe that. We lose and we just aren't there yet.

    Well said, I agree totally.

If we can win this one like I'm expecting, convincingly, it gives me hope for the Pats/Broncos games. If we don't win, I don't see any way we make the playoffs.

I don't care if it's 3 to 0, beating Buffalo will be an accomplishment.

If we don't beat the Bills at home.. We dont deserve to be in playoffs.
