O h#ll no. What has that team done to show he knows anything about football since Cowher left him with a solid super bowl team? If we get a new coach we need one that can build a team.

    How about Cowher?

I say go for it all. Why not us?

Jim Harbaugh at head coach, Vic Fangio or Rex Ryan at defensive coordinator, lure Jim Leavitt back to Florida, keep Mark Duffner and Jon Benton around, maybe keep Bill Lazor too, get Tom Gamble at GM.

All I know is that the next HC will NOT be unproven. It will be a prominent name - book it. Ross will not take another chance with an up and coming coordinator with no HC experience. I'd also consider Malzhan a risk Ross isn't willing to take. College coaches can potentially be a big time bust in the pros. As highly touted as Malzahan is, I still don't think Ross goes with an unknown.

Ross has to find someone he knows is the real deal after Sparano and Philbin experiments.

I like the job Mike Shula is doing in Carolina .

here is my list of potential coaches.

    1. Mike Martz

    2. Steve Maruichi he was once a good coach before getting fired in Detroit .

    3. Mike Mularkey or however you spell it.

    4. Rob Ryan he would be perfect for the dying rivialry between the Jets and Dolphins.

Looking at the remaining schedule, I don't see anyway this team can finish with more than 8 wins. In fact a 6-10 season seems very possible to me.

So with the expectation that the Dolphins will once again fail to have a winning season and that will end the Philbin experiment in Miami, my choice for the next HC is Harbaugh.

He has proved he is a quality NFL head coach and he doesn't need to come to the Dolphins and learn how to be an NFL head coach.

Anyone except Harbaugh will be disappointment IMO.

I just don't know if Ross has the ability as an NFL owner to hire anything but mediocre individuals to run this organization. Hopefully he will finally step up and show that he has learned from all his mistakes over the past 5 plus years and finally hire a solid HC for a change.

Sounds exactly like what Ross would do.I think all true Dolfans should pool our money and rescue our beloved team from Ross...

I want to laugh, but I believe this could so happen. Ross is that stupid.

This times a million. I don't care if Harbaugh is a whiney annoying individual, he produces results. He has supposedly lost his locker room, but they seem to still be playing at a very high level. Even if it comes to a boiling point with Harbaugh pissing Off the FO to no end at least he'd leave us in better shape than he came in. Plus imagine what he could do with Tannehill. Who actually knows what you'd get with Malzahn but at least it'd be fun to see what he brings.
