I dont understand the circumstances of the doc even applying this tat. I mean the surgery was performed on her back, so you have to assume he applied it after surgery, while she was still knocked out in recovery. In which case why is he anywhere near the pantie line in the front of her body? To say this isnt even creepy is beyond ridiculous. I can understand not think it's worth a lawsuit, but come on now.
Same here. I think what it's genius. This time he just went too far. No he wasn't. She was on her stomach when the surgery was performed (on her spine). There was no reason for him to be below the panty line up front. The woman's big problem is that she doesn't know what happened while she was unconscious. She's having back surgery and wakes up with a rose on her lower abdomen. The doctor betrayed a trust. If you don't care about some guy leaving 'his mark' well below your wife/sister/mother's belly button, that's your prerogative. But don't condescend people who prefer not be touched there without permission. That's their right.
Oh please, are you serious? Alright everyone lets go back to the puritan age and we can't even let the Dr. look at us with our clothes off. Also our mate has to be in the room to make sure all these rules are followed. Hell I'd be asking why it wasn't real.
Sure. If he's been recommended, or I had a consultation with him, or my HMO gave me two options and he was the lesser or two evils... But that doesnt mean I know his personality well enough to understand his jokes.
There is a difference between the doc seeing me naked and making a diagnostic of what is going on or say a dr seeing me naked and saying "O my god you have a very nice dick, can I touch it?" One is appropiate for a dr. to do, the other one isnt.
The woman probably convinced her husband to file a lawsuit as a compromise so that he wouldn't go beat the **** out of the doctor. I'd certainly have that inclination to do so if it happened to my wife/gf/mistress/prostitute/stripper that I do lines of coke off of.
Why a rose ? Thats usually associated with prostitutes or porn stars or at least it has a sexual connotation He could have selected a Snoopy if he wanted to make her laugh.
Leagally, it doesnt make a difference what his intentions were, what matters is he offended his patient. This could and probably will get ugly for him. He should have kept some professionalism
thats what they all say... I had an arguement that must have came out the "the break up" when theyre in the kitchen arguing about roses... my fiance told me she didnt like them, that they were a waste of money because they die (just like in the dam movie). she got mad at me because I havent given her any in a while. So i downloaded a picture of 1 to my phone and texted it to her...
I agree that it was unprofessional but I don't agree that it warrants a lawsuit. IMO one of the biggest problems with this country is the attitude that you should sue whenever you're offended.
I don't know about a law suit..... But by the time I got through with him, he would wish it were just a lawsuit. Having surgery is scary enough with out having to worry about what else some dummy might do while you're out.
