Today I received 3 tickets to the Dolphins @ Denver game next month. 25 yardline, row 2, behind the Dolphins bench. I've had these tickets before and I know these are really good seats. However, I really have no interest in going to the game...lol
These tickets belong to my family and they gave them to me. I havent been to a Dolphins game since they played here back in 2008.

Good news, I got tickets again:yes:
Bad news, I dont want them:no:
    Poor luck

    1) Roger Goodell has ruined the game for me. If Sunday ticket wasnt free, I wouldnt watch a game anymore.
    2) Why spend money on a bad team with a crap logo:(

Better things to do with my time right now

You mean the greatest REGULAR SEASON QB of all time. When it comes to playoff season and the Super Bowl, I would take Montana, Brady, and Bradshaw over Manning, any day of the week.
In fact I would take Eli over Peyton, once the playoffs begin.

I go to Henry's before Mariner games. It has a pretty good selection. Nice stouts.

Ummm...like creating a thread on forum for said team.

Just joking but I have a real question. Can you smoke joints in the smoking area in that stadium... Do you know?

pyramid is better than standard ballpark beers but still only above average at best IMO. I was actually surprised at the Reds-Braves game I went to last month and they had Founders IPA on tap with no line because no one in Ohio recognizes a good beer.

getting back on topic. for my 40th, my wife got me front row seats - 40 yard line at Gillette for Patsies-Dolphins game. it was on christmas eve. I sold it and bought a new back door. Didn't want to see my dolphins get creamed while sitting through freezing temps. turned out they got their asses whipped.

D, game is here in Denver. I can go from my house to the Staduim in about 30 min, on a normal day. I'm really wanting to still be a fan of the league, but it's really hard.

Btw, I'm 3-0 when I go to a Dolphins game out here and the Broncos fans are really pretty cool.

How can you call yourself a Dolphins fan and not go when you LIVE there?? I go to the Dolphins games every time they play the Steelers in Pittsburgh. And you're closer than I am to the game...

Granted, I'd have to drive through Nebraska (ugh) to do it... but nonetheless.

No, you cannot just spark up a doob anywhere. Good grief. Is that the way people picture Colorado? People walking the streets smoking weed? You can smoke weed in the privacy of your own home. Nowhere in public.

If you are interested in selling the tickets, PM me. I live in Denver and my wife is a huge Manning fan.

On paper it looks like we would lose by that much, but just what if? What if the Dolphins go in there and shock the tackle football lovin world? You'll be kickin your self in the arse.

But just to make you feel better.... My wife offered to go to a game in the western half of the country this season. When I checked the schedule, I told her the same same thing you said. Just know I'll be kicking myself if they upset the Donkos.

What...? You don't want to go to the game because they're most likely to lose?

Well I guess I can't blame you for quitting on the NFL with that defeatist mindset.

Hope you get those tix to some Fins fans who will be delighted to go root for the team.

lol, it is sad, a few years ago I would be jumping for joy for these tickets. My mindset for sports isnt very high right now. I'm still trying to be a fan, but right now its hard. I haven't spend a penny on pro sports in 3 years now. It's not just one thing thats turning me off on sports, its several. My flame for sports is now a pilot light...lol
I still have interest, I still check out several sites everyday, but as far a watching, I'm getting away from a lot of tv time.

For those interested in the tickets, I won't know until next month if I'm going to be allowed to sell them. Even though my family gave them to me and they are my tickets now, I would still need to ask them first before selling them. It's only the right thing to do. Btw, they are 145 each, actually gone up this year.

So, its not only the Dolphins you're cutting out of your life its pro sports in general. Is it the attitudes? The crazy salaries? I'm just curious because I cant fathom not watching the Dolphins games every week, or going to the Dolphins/Jets game every year here in N.Y. To each his own but I find it impossible not to watch every down, every game, every week. On game day everything else gets put on hold til after the game regardless of what it is. But, thats just me...like I said to each his own.

I've watched 2 quarters of the Raiders game and a few drives of other games this year, still recording the games, just not watching them anymore. I used to have 6 tv's going every Sunday, cookouts and just making Sundays my football day from sunrise to sunset. Id watch every primetime game, Sunday night, Monday and Thursdays. Haven't watched a primetime game in 3 years, havent watched the Super Bowl in 2. College football isnt interesting anymore, havent watched a college game or bowls in 3 years. I just dont have the interest anymore, even though I'm still wanting to....doens't make a whole lot of sense.
Guess part of it is the fact that for me its not a game anymore, it's nothing more than a cash making machine for some, while others pay the bills. I don't know, but I'm at a lost right now. Even my boss isn't very happy with me because I won't talk sports with him anymore.

I guess I'm cutting most sports out of my life right now, Only one NASCAR race, very little football, still watch some golf, watched the FIFA world cup, but what doesnt make sense is that I'm looking forward to the NHL season, at least for now.
