Bush league move...this isn't college where it has an impact on your ranking. Supposed to be more professional than that.

It's both imo. We should be able to stop them but at the same time it only makes Fat Andy look a little more douche.

Can't be that mad when you know the diabeetus is waiting for him.

I understand but here is how I look at it, don't like? Then do something about it (talking about our team) if we didn't want them to run the score up then we should have stopped them. Hopefully it lights a fire under the players asses.

It's at the point where one of the coaches has to pull Wilson aside and explain to him that he is a piss poor tackler, because he just doesn't get it.
He thinks he is going to run at the ball, put his shoulder down, and make a highlight real tackle every time. Players always bounce off him and keep going, or just plow through like he isn't there.

Coaches need to say, hey buddy you'll never stick a player in this league... you are a college level tackler. If you CAN get to a player...... just grab something, anything and hold on for dear life. This way he could atleast slow guys down until a real tackler arrives.

... Or a coach could simply introduce him to the bench.

Done with Philbin, he's just not HC material, Coyle sucks and needs to go, there is talent on this team, Lazor hasn't exactly shown us much, appears the only person doing their job seems to be Hickey IMVHO. So sick of this crap. Simply embarrassing to be a Dolphin fan right now, as it frankly has been for 12+ years with only one oddball season exception.

The sad part is is even when Reshad Jones comes back, Miami's still going to struggle whether it's Delmas, Thomas, or Wilson playing next to him. Might as well throw Walt Aikens out there and see what he's got.

In the NFL, when you have the game won, especially in the final minute, you go into victory formation and you take a knee. You see team after team, coach after coach, do this every week. There was nothing to be gained by KC not doing so, and they could have gotten one more of their players seriously hurt. Any coach with an ounce of class would take a knee in that situation.

Not every coach agrees with this. It's not even considered that big of a deal anymore. Bellichick does it all the time. I see lots of coaches run up the score honestly. Some coaches believe that when you have your foot on their throat, you go for the kill, even if your opponent has already taken a beating. Im not saying I agree or disagree, I don't care either way. You don't like it, do something about it. Tough crap, play better.

Not every coach. Only 99%. I've seen Belichick go into victory formation in the red zone before.

I honestly don't think it's that big of a deal. Are we all gonna whine until next Sunday because Andy Reid had his team score another late TD? They were kicking our asses all day anyway. What's one more score? Our Dolphins need to WAKE UP. We're hurting right now as a team. From Owner to Waterboy, our team has no identity.

Of course it was, I'm not sure which NFL you've been watching but the one I've been watching you go in the victory formation when the other team has given up and there is no reason to score again. Reid ran the score up and of course Philbin like the lovable lap dog that he is took it and smiled. It was blatant disrespect for Philbin. **** Andy Reid, he's a fat piece of ****.

This isn't college, in college you usually have 3rd string seniors you're trying to let get a cheap TD, etc. In the pros you don't risk injury to your players by playing extra downs you don't need to win a game. 99.9% of the coaches in the league don't do this bush league crap because it isn't smart.

And are you going to tell me that he does this to Belicheat, Tomlin or Harbaugh? Nope, he's afraid it might happen to him one day if he does it to them. Philbin? Nope he's not afraid at all, it was blatant disrespect for a coach he doesn't think will ever be able to do the same thing to him.

If so, I think he's right. Philbin will be in no position to run up the score on him, ever.

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but it sounds like a kid who lost a fight in the schoolyard whining that the other kid slapped him after he got punched a few times. Don't whine. Suck it up, learn to fight, get in shape and do better next time.

There were 12 seconds left and we were down by two scores. No reason for them to do anything but take a knee. I'd be disgusted if we did it too. MAYBE against a hated rival. MAYBE.

I see what you're saying but it honestly doesn't bother me. As a defense we have to stop them regardless if the time and situation.

Andy Reid has been a head coach for 15 years now. Here's how his Sunday went: He had an 0-2 team with 9 starters missing. He plays in a division with San Diego and Denver. The Chiefs badly needed to get things back on track. So they came in and kicked our *** for 60 minutes. They did not let up or play soft for one series in that game. Heading out, they have momentum, they've got something positive going. The Dolphins are heading for the cellar as fast as they possibly can, likely with a full scale revolt going to happen sometime in the next 4 games (less if London ends up in a loss). What you saw on Sunday is why Andy Reid has a job (and has had a job for 15 years) and Philbin is going to be back spellchecking Powerpoint slides in 3 months.

Chris McCain only played two defensive snaps yesterday. He played 14 in his breakout Week 1 game, zero in Week 2.

    Why only two snaps???

Not that I disagree with you, but Ross has been as wishy-washy as Philbin or anyone else onthis staff to date...I don't think he makes a move during the season, unless there is a total or public mutiny...
