Looks like 25 offense, and 24 defense. 6 WRs, 10 OL counting Pouncey, 3 TE. 4 RB. 2 QB, which = 25. 8 DL, 7 LB, and 9 DBs, as near as I can tell, for 24 defensive players. We should have room to add one more TE or DB. Those would be my guesses.
I thought Freeny was cut? Looks like add Pouncey and subtract him? Evan Wilson has to be the 53rd man on the roster. I thought he got cut but maybe I was just assuming.

Shocked that Freeny made it, but he might be one of those guys who goes when Jones and Jordan come back. He can cover for Tripp while he heals up.
so we're going to know what the deal is with Pouncey here shortly. I'm thinking he'll be activated to the 53... thus the one extra slot that we currently have.

I think I would do that if up to me. So he can practice with the team. For a guy like Pouncey, I think being left to his own devices could be risky.
yeah, I'd doubt we see him against the Pats... Wilfork is a test. Or even the Bills for that matter... I'd say KC week 3.
Surprised by Fox, given how he looked this pre-season. Figuring he's cut later when we pick up someone from the wire. Also, a couple other guys could disappear once our injured and/or suspended guys come back.
He may well be 6 weeks from playing. The thing with being on PUP though is he couldn't practice with the team. Pouncey does not have a history of making sound decisions when left to his own judgement.
Oh I agree. I'm probably just falling for some of the optimistic reports that he's a head of schedule.
Thanks Paul 13 great job keeping us up on today. Just got home and going threw all the cuts. DTrain and Thigpen are the biggest surprises even though we all knew it was time.
I was hoping we would trade Mathews with a strong TE that could run block and be a double threat along side of Clay.
