Still working on Parcells' book, 'finding a way to win'. I dont spend much time reading (books) for leisure. But Parcells has a way of getting me to listen. I feel like he's looking over my shoulder, ready to scold me if I disagree with anything I read.
Should be good. Growing up in NJ, Mark Bavaro (and Sam Mills) are two of my all-time favorite players ever.
Next Tuesday (July 22nd), Parcells will be the story and interview on HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel. The piece is about Parcells trying to turn around his fifth franchise. I'm sure they'll go thru his other four stops. Pretty sure it's the 22nd. But it'll repeat for a few weeks I'm sure. Parcells is the story they're promoting for this episode.
