Nothing you say is going to make anyone here respect the Nets. You just flat out aren't a good team.

Ive never seen a team where the scumbag players deserved a scumbag coach so much.

Side note...serious question. Joe Johnson is obviously a MUCH greater offensive threat than either Pierce or KG at this point in their careers. Why is the offense not run through JJ?

Lebron gets his team involved: Announcers complain about how Lebron isn't being assertive.

Series is over. No way Brooklyn can take three in a row with two on the road.

Because the ball motion dies with him. Ain't named Iso Joe for nothing. He's offense in a bottle but he can break the rhythm of the team offense which is how they generate most of their three point shots.

Lebron one shy of the half century mark. Bosh with the clutch three. Need to wrap it up Wednesday to get ready for the Pacers.

So... Paul asked to guard Lebron before game 4..... Give him credit, he held Lebron under 50. #TheTruth

Ah yes the "mythological" "49 points in your house as well as your face" button. Still a non believer? Sec nailed that one. What was that about feeding lebron and going away from the team? You like your chances of your 8 vs our 3 Still? This is when you reply with "i was wrong and im sorry". Thankfully The 17 picture replies end on Wed.

    4 things to say.....

    1) Nets are better than i thought.
    2) J-Kidd is a helluva coach.
    3) Jason Phillips is an incompetent Ref. ( he ****ed wade out of a big game and kept it "close")
    4) This a gentlemen's sweep.

BIG SHOT BOSH. Hey Adam..how did that center matchup go tonight?

Will say this..spo pressed that button and it hurt a comfortable heat win.

Feed Bosh. He has a corpse guarding him. J-Kidd loading to Wade...play Wade as a playmaker. He will kill them off as a PG.

I agree. There was a point I got worried because it felt like the Heat were fielding Lebron and four guys waiting to see what Lebron would do. I'd like to see the Heat return to a balanced game and close out in five at home.

I miss him being on the Celtics because he, Garnett, and Rondo were a perfect douchebag trifecta.

So far the Heat/Nets series is going exactly as expected. Most here predicted a 5 game series win for Miami with the lone Nets win probably coming in game 3 on a night the Nets hit nearly everything and Miami misses nearly everything. The Nets are crap on the road and much better at home and that's been what we've seen so far. The lone win came in game 3 when they shot an unbelievable 3 pt percentage that was better than all but five performances in playoff history. And of course on a night when the Heat shot uncharacteristically bad from 3 pt range for most of the game.

We'll see what happens, but I expect the odds greatly favor Miami closing out this series out at home next game. As long as they keep exploiting the Nets weak middle and William's shaky perimeter D and we don't see another anomaly shooting night then the series should be done. Though I have been impressed with Livingston's effectiveness in the post. His length is a really tough match-up for Wade. And Telovich's (sp?) shooting has been impressive as well. The Heat's defense has generally been able to adjust for and cancel out those great three point shooters after a couple of strong performances (and I expect they'll continue that focus next game), but still he's proven himself to be a weapon. Williams has been worse than I expected, but the rest of the Nets have pretty much performed as I expected.

Interesting History this team is making.

The Miami Heat is the first Team in NBA History to win at least 1 road game in 14 consecutive series.

This playoff run has become a little boring. You don't get the feeling that anyone in the east will be a real challenge to Miami. Hopefully Indiana rises to the occasion. Winning competitive series is a lot more rewarding.

Per Woj, stein and others, Stan Van Gundy close to a deal to be coach/president of Detroit Pistons.

Could be worth $35 million over 5 years. Will have Pat Riley style powers, including hiring his own GM (Otis Smith's name is being mentioned)

Good for Stan, who I enjoy quite a bit, but that seems like a lot of power for a guy without a championship.

I like Stan, but IMO he is a little overrated. Don't think giving him that much power is that great of an idea.

You know....this series isn't over for Indiana. They aren't playing well at all and Washington is headed back home to try and force a game seven.

    I'm not saying they will.

The good thing is now they only need to win two in a row. Next game is at home so they have a decent chance to at least push it to a game seven.

Pacers have lost 4 home games in playoffs counting tonight.

They are eminently beatable in Game 7.

Washington is going to rue Game 4 that they had won forever if they lose in 7
