For anyone interested, Nick Roach or Miles Burris can be had for a late round pick. Willing to take on salary cap as well if you need to trim a bit.
I like his accuracy and leadership ability. Give me a late round QB with those two things and I'm fairly happy. The NFL is heading in a direction IMO where smaller QBs can be effective given the right system. He will be my third string QB and if down the road he breaks out...awesome. if he's a great backup...awesome. if he's terrible...most late round picks are. No loss.
Havent seen a whole lot of him. Good, not great arm strength. Decent accuracy but have him behind Garrapolo and Jeff Matthews (Cornell) for smaller school QB's. Classic pocket qb, little mobile there and loses a lot of accuracy when he does try and move.
Theres so much talent left on the board Its been a while since someone said it.. had to get it out of my system.
I'm probably biased but I think Storm is going to be a good back. He can run between the tackles or outside, he has good hands. Not the fastest, but he'll break some tackles.
For my comp picks today I most likely won't be around. Paul, if you're on please use my bulletin. If I haven't picked within the first 20 minutes of my time slot you can make both picks for me (if bulletin has enough names on it) to keep things moving. If I'm on and working on the picks I'll post here.
Ok, almost 2PM. So if I understand the rules I can make my first pick now right, skipping the teams that have missed their picks? What about the next pick which is also mine? Can I make that one too? I'd love to be able to rattle these off right now. Kid is going to wake up from his nap soon and we're going fishing.
yeah, what you did was perfectly fine. Carolina and Baltimore have been skipped. The Saints are on the clock and have time to do what they need to do.
I didn't want to reach for a TE or QB so I said **** it might as well get a quality linemen. Now Coples can move around.
