interesting debate actually this Brahdon Thomas... as you may know (or maybe not ) he tore up his ACL a few weeks ago in a pre draft workout. So he probably won't play this year. However, he's a 2nd round graded player (if 100% healthy). So it'll be interesting to see where he goes in the draft next week. Probably a team with a bunch of picks will take a flyer on him knowing they can redshirt him for a year and he can come back healthy next year and be a contributor.
Yea I did know. He was my main target late in the draft. But I wanted to trade back into the 6th to draft him. But ive been to sick to even log on and try and trade. what evs.
Really wanted Lynch earlier. One more guy I would love to get back into here for....but no draft pick firepower left. Just depth players. Oh well....
Probably but he was the only QB I liked left on the board, so I just went for it now. I like the draft but I'm not overly concerned with it because while I don't consider myself to know nothibg, I don't consider myself sone guru either.
Connor Shaw is a very interesting player. Watched him a lot the last few years being a Carolina alumni. He lacks certain things you want like ideal size, or having come from a pro style system but he also has a lot of leadership qualities, he's tough as nails and he could possibly be developed in to a good backup.
What's your opinion of Wenning? I like his anticipation. Hadn't seen a ton of his games but saw q couple.
