    Hello all!

I am Jindred, you can call me Jin if you prefer as it is 4 letters shorter to type. I am a giant football fan, in general just a giant sports fan. I haven't always been a Miami fan because when I first started watching the NFL roughly 10 years ago now I didn't really have a team. For a long time I kept it that way where I didn't really cheer for any team in particular due to the fact that I have a bad track record with the teams I picked.

I am a Maple Leafs fan, anyone who knows hockey should realize how horribly painful it is to be their fan..
Baseball I am a Jays fan, and they never make the playoffs anymore.
CFL, I bleed green and am a Roughriders fan as its my home town team! They have only won 4 grey cups in 101 years.. I have been lucky that two of them have been recent including this past season!
In the NBA I was a Grizzlies fan and they went under and moved, so by default I just went for the other Canadian team, who generally sucks.

As you can see my choices of team often lead to more pain than enjoyment. So with the NFL I just cheered for my favorite players. So what happened that drew me to be a Miami fan? 3 things. 1) My Dad is a Miami fan, his favorite player back in the day was Marino, so he became a Phins fan. 2) I love the teal Jeresey's and 3) They signed Cam Wake.

Cam Wake is one of my top 5 favorite players in the league, I love watching him play. I hated him in the CFL cause he reeked absolute havok every time we played against his team. I have a soft spot for any CFL player that makes the jump to NFL and does good (Except Browner whom I despise).

All and all I was following Wakes career, then they signed Marcus Thigpen, who was actually cut by the Roughriders which to this day is a thorn in my ***.. I was at a training camp watching him play and I told my Dad "That guy is special, he should easily make the team" A week later he is gone, then a season later he is on the Dolphins and has one of the best return averages in the NFL..

All in all things lead to me to become a fan of Phins. I still like other teams in the league but there is nobody I cheer for over the Phins!

I am part of another Football Forum, which is still my home base as its like a tight nit family over there, but sadly there are no other fans of Miami, so I have nobody to talk Dolphins stuff with! So I figured I'd find a place to discuss all things Phins!

Might as well stay consistent! heh It has been a little rough as of late for us Phin fans but there are reasons to be optimistic and I'll cheer for them no matter what. Welcome to the site and hopefully your NFL team can be the one to help your track record out.

Lol yea seeing as how I am cheering for the Phins they will likely never win a superbowl in my lifetime, sorry for that! :P I believe if we can fix the O-line issues and make Tannehill not the most hit QB in the league that the Dolphins will compete for the wildcard if not AFC East.

There really aren't any gaping holes outside of the O-line on the Phins as of now, so if they can get a top T, or G in this draft and add some depth for the rest of the team, we should be in for a competitive season!

Aside from a few at the top and a few at the bottom, the teams are so evenly matched in the NFL that it doesn't take much to go from missing the playoffs to making them. I think most of us are hoping that another year of experience for Tannehill and better o-line play will be enough to give us that push.
