    Back in Miami
    Agreed.

I'm not a fan of Bridgewater or Manziel.... less of Manziel.
Teams are way overvaluing these two.
Bortles isn't a step right in guy either quite frankly.

IMO Bortles clearly has the most upside and I would take him at our spot if he somehow fell but he needs to sit and develop.

If they really are losing faith in Tanny this becomes a need. I mean QB is the most important piece of team. That said, I don't believe I saw signs that Tanny's ceiling has been hit and that he's not progressing. Also he did not have the best circumstances to work with last year.

I second the motion someone stated about if Murray was avail. 3rd or 4th round take him.

This. Do we have any evidence King said this?

I don't think that Peter King did, but I know that Omar said something very similar a few days ago. And I agree with him about 5% of the time, LOL.

If Manziel or Bortles dropped to 19th, I'd take them.

Don't think the original poster has commented since the original post (and doesn't seem to comment that much anyway). Would be nice to know if he heard it on a radio show, if there was a blurb in one of King's MMQB articles, or "I said 'No April Fool's...' but it was an April Fool. Gotcha!!!" -- something. No one else seems to have heard the same message.

Judging by Ryan's improvement, our current QB Coach apparently taught him a lot.

I would be satisfied if we waited until the 5 th or 6 th rd before picking a qb . I want our first two rounds going to left tackle and runingback .

Yeah, we really need a left tackle. That Albert dude we signed looks pretty shaky there.

If Hickey takes a QB in the 1st round he's an idiot. I'm with everyone else. If you want a QB in the 5th or later, fine. Tannehill isn't the problem. I'll be VERY disappointed if this happens. With that said, I don't imagine Manziel or Bridgewater to be there when Miami picks. Just keep building. The team is young and needs pieces, not a QB.

No thanks on any QB. **** this guy is gonna be worse than Ireland. QB is way down our list of needs. Tannehill had a solid last season, wtf is wrong with this franchise?!

Montana was a well established Pro Bowler when the 49ers brought in Young, who has been in the USFL and with the Bucs. It was a complete value play by Walsh, and a smart one.

Brees was up and down his first few years, and didn't have a great season until after Rivers was drafted. Still, I wouldn't have done it. I hated Rivers then and do now. Plus the Chargers just let Brees walk, so they lose in the end.

And Brady was a LATE pick, purely developmental. They certainly werent challenging Bledsoe with him.

Hey the guy said if you have two qbs you don't have one.My point is that's not always the case.As for brees he sure got better in a hurry after they drafted rivers.
