take it with a grain of salt but it is all the talk in new england right now.

From what I've seen so far out of Idzik, he won't pay a player more than he thinks they'reworth, which is why Austin Howard is a Raider. The two sides were close, but Idzik had a number he would not go above. So I really don't see the Jets overpaying for a #2 receiver with so many good ones available in the draft and NY having a ton of picks.

The Dolphins (and many NFL teams) go with a 3-man rotation on the interior DL - almost a must. They lost Soliai and replaced him with Mitchell. A no brainer. Though Mitchell is a different kind of player he is younger and will last longer. And, they get more aggressive in the passing game.

    Last year:
    Soliai
    Starks
    Odrick

    This year:
    Mitchell
    Starks
    Odrick

Well, it's not like we're not used to playing him twice a year. He's also older now and had a major knee injury.

Anyone see him play last year? Has he lost a step?

Live in bay area. He's good but yes, he has lost a step. Although, he was just coming back and didn't really play his game.

When I think of revis, I think of the physical battles he had with Marshall. He didn't play that way last yeR. He might come back fully healthy and like old next year but is rather someone else pay the price to find that out.

RT @AdamSchefter: CB Darrelle Revis and the Patriots have reached agreement on a one-year, $12 million deal, league sources told ESPN.

It doesn't really bother me, no. As great as Revis is, his impact on the game isn't much more than a guy like Grimes. Its the nature of his position.

Dolphin killer back in the AFC East. But its to the team who wins the division every year anyway.

Interesting curveball from Revis’ business manager RT @JohnGeiger_: As of now, nothing has been agreed to with Revis and Patriots.

Post injury Revis? We'll see. Pre injury Revis? You are wearing some thick coke bottle aqua glasses if you think Grimes has an impact on a game the way Revis did.

I'm glad it doesn't bother you. I'm sure your signings will close that 4 game gap with the Pats. Best of luck to you.

I'm shocked that the Patriots haven't been making more moves... They haven't made any moves that puts them closer to the best team in the AFC and definitely haven't separated themselves from the third best team in the AFC. Not sure who the third best team in the AFC is but nothing has shown me that it's a guarantee they make it against the Broncos in the championship game.

I keep wondering how Demarcus Ware, TJ Ward, and Aqib Talib are going to help Peyton Manning score more than 8 points in the Superbowl. That defense is stacked though they are a lock for the AFC Championship game.

Its just my opinion of the position. Its very low impact to me. Easiest to make look better or worse depending on those around them on defense and QB pressure.

Besides we've been playing him twice a year forever. Why be scared now?

They can easily affect field position. Peyton has to figure out scoring points after having the best offense in the NFL. That's on him.
