Love how the WWE took the fan hijack thing and made it their own and actually had fans hijack the show.

Also the Bryan promo segment was fantastic, probably saved WM in terms of excitement with it.

Actually part of me would love to see it just so the internet would explode. But would anyone really be surprised if Triple H did win?

The Andre The Giant Battle Royal is a nice way to get more guys onto the show. You have to figure someone like Cesario will be winning it if he's not in a match. Hopefully they don't waste The Shield in the battle royal.

Also can creative really try to get Cena to stop trying to be funny. Calling Bray homeless and singing Magaritaville wasn't funny, it was dumb. It really bugs me because when Cena is focused and is serious his promos are actually pretty good. When he does his poo poo/pee pee joke promos they come off awful.

Remember when ALL the titles got defended at Wrestlemania?

it seems that 2 of the 4 titles will not be (US, and INT.)

There is not a chance in hell that happens. The match will have to be in the first hour, and they won't sour the crowd that early.

I can honestly see it happening, by screw job (kane) and Hogan restarting the match, or putting Bryan in the M.E. anyways just so HHH can go over.

However, I am calling Kane coming out and turning on HHH to get Bryan the win at Mania to move onto the M.E.

That's what people said when Triple H faced Booker T at WM19, or when he faced RVD or Jericho whenever they wrestled, or Jeff Hardy or Goldberg or when faced CM Punk at the September 2011 PPV when Punk was super duper red hot....

Seriously though, I don't think there's any way Bryan loses to Triple H, it's just asking for too much trouble and I really think if Bryan doesn't win the title at WM the fans will stop believing in him. Basically there's ZERO upside in Triple H winning and the company would be risking possibly millions of dollars and killing a potential new top guy to stroke Triple H's ego.....

So yeah I guess there's still a chance Triple H wins.

I can see Bryan beating Triple H and then winning the WWE title only to lose the title either the next night on RAW or at the next PPV to Triple H and then him handing the title to Batista. Because Triple H, like Hogan, needs to get his revenge and get his wins back.

Seriously though IF the WWE is going to turn WM30 into the Daniel Bryan show then all Bryan's wins need to be clean without any help to make him look strong. You need to make him look like SuperCena, I mean Superman, and make him be THE GUY finally. There's no reason why someone like Triple H at this point in his career or his standing in the company needs to be protected. I'm sure you'll see Kane or others come out to try to help on Triple H's part but Bryan should win cleanly otherwise there's no point in even having the title match be on the line.

For the record, I am banking on Bryan winning. I just find the idea of him kicking and pedigreeing Bryan within five minutes for an ultimate burial to be hilarious. And this comes from someone who has been in the same ring as Brian many times. I still think Batista walks out as champ.

Just thinking out loud but everyone complains how the WWE is so predictable and how WM29 was lackluster because everyone knew the outcomes of the top matches (Undertaker over Punk, Cena over Rock, Triple H over Brock) before the event well my question is WM30 is looking like it will be predictable as well (Undertaker beating Brock, Bryan over Triple H, Bryan winning the title) just wonder if people will think the same about WM30 as they do about WM29. Or will fans be fine with predictability if they finally get what they want, a Bryan title win. I've always agreed with the whole predictable isn't a bad thing as long as the story being told leading up to the match and the actual match itself is good. Anyway like I said, just thinking out loud should be interesting to see the fans reaction after the event itself.

I think they threw us a curveball with making us wait so long without knowing if Bryan was in the main event or not. Staunch Bryan supporters for the title were starting to come around to the fact him vs hunter was a good storyline. So it hasn't been too predictable. (The build up) so that's a good thing.

It was predictable the entire year rock was losing to Cena. It's always predictable taker is winning. HHH over a part timer in Brock? Also predictable.

I don't agree it's predictable Bryan wins the title. I think he beats H, but they could play the "you made it to the show and didn't have enough to be champ" route.

We have to think Bryan has to have a storyline AS the champ too. And I am not confident creative can muster a story for him after winning the belt. And keeping it relevant or interesting.

So him winning isn't a guarantee in my mind anyways haha

But even The Undertaker matches as predictable as they are are still filled with tons of drama and are usually pretty good. I guess my point is being predictable isn't always a bad thing.

As far as what the WWE can do with Bryan once he wins it there are plenty of storylines left for him as champion, like Triple H sending out his "guys" to try and take the belt back from him etc. Basically Bryan is a poor man's Steve Austin to Triple H being a poor man's Vince McMahon which the WWE can make work because the people can relate to Bryan. Trust me there are much better storylines for Bryan out there as champion then there would be if he doesn't win the title yet again.

I do think the WWE absolutely has to pull the trigger with ending WM with Bryan as champion leading a huge "YES" chant to close the show, rather than the fans booing Batista or Orton out of the building, now that Bryan came out and said he wants into the main event title match. Not only does the WWE have a huge moment to replay for years and years to come but that moment will absolutely "make" Daniel Bryan.

If Bryan comes up short yet again I fear that fans will no longer buy him as a serious contender anymore and will view him as sort of a modern day version of Lex Luger who chokes in the big match. The WWE has a wrestler that fans like that is on the edge of superstardom, much like CM Punk in 2011, Bryan losing will kill it.

As much as we like to bash the WWE and the McMahons, the McMahons like making money. Sending the crowd home happy and hyping "the moment" as a reason to buy the WWE Network would mean more money for them. By having Bryan lose there's no upside to it, just so much risk involved in not giving him the belt.

I'd really like to see them take an opportunity to have Bryan being HWC as a trickle down effect to making the other belts mean something again. Have legit guys like Cesaro, Big E, Ziggler, Ryback feuding for the IC title....and making that the legit #2 again. Would love to see a build up of Cesaro as Ic champ fueding with Bryan for a title match at Summerslam.

Yes absolutely. The key is to make the title MEAN SOMETHING. Right now the IC and US title is just a prop. Ambrose hasn't defended the title on a PPV since? Sometimes I even forget who the IC champion is. They should unify the US and IC title and then make that belt mean something. Use it as a stepping stone to the WWE title like they did in the 80s and 90s. So not only will they get the belt over but the wrestler too.

You're absolutely right, they should give Cesario an IC title run this spring and if he catches fire make it lead into a WWE title match for Summer Slam.

The WWE can do it too, they did a nice job building back up the tag team titles, there's no reason why they shouldn't do the same for the IC title. And speaking of tag teams, with so much dead weight on the roster right now, why not use that talent to make tag teams? Throw Zack Ryder with Dolph Ziggler (I mean seriously a team of Ryder/Ziggler would be pretty entertaining and the fans would cheer hard for them) and see what they can do or come up with. Why not? They don't have anything to do right now anyway. Who knows maybe they can catch lightning in a bottle like they did with The Real Double J Jesse Jammes and Rockabilly Gunn in 1997. And for the love of god when they do create some tag teams don't break them up 3 months later, give them extended runs that way if they do every decide to break the team up it will mean something.

Agree with everything. I'd actually love to see a legit stable built up again. Stables have been around since wrestling began. We need another four horsemen, DX, NWO, Brood, Hart Foundation etc.......give us a group of guys sick of the burying from HHH and the authority, and rise up against them.......Ziggler, Swagger (after Cesaro leaves him), Sandow, Ryback, Axel....and have them start up a "Lost boys" or "B+ Players" group...and start jumping stars backstage, ruining the Authorities "boys" matches via DQ, and all around creating havoc. Instead of hired guns like the shield....just a degenerate (pun intended) group of guys sick of the lack of push....see where it goes. I mean ****, Raw is 3 hours, I would love seeing some more backstage stuff like before with some of those guys.

I'd like to see that angle as well. I know there are a couple of wrestlers who could be added that stable (or stables) that would bring legitimacy.

    (Speaking strictly storyline here).

Kofi Kingston for example (and yes, I'm a Kofi-fanboy, as if y'all hadn't noticed. ) could point out that he has beaten World Champions in the past (Randy Orton especially), consistently steal the show at Royal Rumble, and put together pretty good title runs, yet he hasn't even received an Elimination Chamber spot (please correct me if I'm wrong about it). Jack Swagger, for his part, can point out that he's been World Heavyweight Champion, but hasn't received the treatment befitting of a top champion. Ryback can go back to wrecking faces and heels a like. Rhodes could not only point to his title successes, but also point out how Goldust is one of the most entertaining wrestlers in the history of the 'E, yet was never given a chance to be that top guy....

There's a lot to work with.

You like Kofi Kingston as much as I hate Kane. Kofi has been in two EC matches in 2010 and 2012.

I actually would rather see The Shield turn face and not break up instead of having yet another stable. The WWE already has 3 (Shield, Wyatt's and Authority) and none of them are faces. If you add a 4th you risk having guys lost in the shuffle.

Unfortunately I don't think there's any hope for Kofi at this point. It's clear he's never going to be anything more than a mid carder, nothing wrong with that but he had a small window to reach higher and Orton killed his push. Kofi will probably be forever in mid card hell and randomly get IC title/US title reigns but nothing more. He's definitely a good guy to have on the roster but yeah his ship has sailed and not everyone can be a top guy.

I do think he's being underused though. He seems almost forgotten and has been for what seems like years. I honestly can't remember his last big feud and I'm not counting The Miz one in the fall. Maybe they should stick him in a tag team with someone equally as talented like a Tyson Kidd of Evan Bourne again when he returns.

I would say a heel turn would do him good but he's just not the type of guy you turn heel nor do I think he would be successful at it because he just looks like a nice guy not sure he could pull it off or that the fans would want to boo him with the way his offense is.

I wouldn't, because I don't trust WWE to put enough attention to it to be relevant, if their treatment of the second tier titles is anything to go by.

This. Vince just doesn't like smaller guys like that no matter how talented they are. Rey Mysterio is the main exception only because the guy is amazing, had a great look and sold tons of merchandise.

I'd love to see another Cruiserweight division ala what WCW had in the late 90s but that's just wishful thinking. Maybe when Triple H has complete power there will be.

I haven't watched Smackdown since maybe Novemberish or so but I always read the spoilers, I must say it seems like the show has gotten much better in terms of its importance and wrestling wise. Hopefully the WWE continues to build it up and make it an important can't miss show again. It seems like they use RAW to build to angles and storylines and Smackdown is more about the actual in ring product, which is a nice change of pace.

I'd also like to see them return to making it a live show if possible. I think by it being taped it loses a lot of viewers who would regularly see it. What the WWE should do is make it live every Friday, that way the wrestlers get Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off and are only on the road Friday thru Monday, as right now they work Friday to Tuesday and only get Wednesday and Thursday off. That way it give the wrestlers more time to rest up and it makes Smackdown a must watch because it is live. I know it will cost the WWE money because they lose their regular house show Friday gate but I think it would be better for the wrestlers and the actual show.

Question for the guys they already have the WWE Network (attention SICK and Section):

    - How is it so far in terms of streaming? Obviously there were some major problems the first week with loading times, glitches and it freezing up but has it gotten better?
    - If you stop a PPV half way and close the APP, when you return to that PPV does it start up where you left off or do you manually have to go to the spot you left off?
    - If you want to watch a random match, let's say Undertaker vs. Triple H from WM17, can you just watch that match or do you have to go to WM17 and fast forward until you get there?
    - Also can more than 1 person use the account at once and watch different things, i.e. like how with Netflix 3 people are once can watch something different at the same time.

Thanks for the help, I'm thinking about signing up for it soon and kind of want to know going in some of these questions going in.

Xbox obviously had its issues for awhile, and once it was live it still sucked, didnt let me pick the year etc.

Now, I watched King of the ring 98' yesterday and its letting me select the year for the ppv. Which is awesome. However, I may have missed, but I don't see a search bar on the xbox app. On my ipad however, its incredible....I can search "Rock stonecold" and every one of their matches together come up (so your HHH/Taker search would be perfect)

Or you can search "bret hart" and all of his matches are there. Same with "Goldberg" or "ric flair" including their WCW matches.

I heard you can watch on different devices at the same time, but I havent needed to do that yet. I paused "One night only" the other day, closed the app, and came right back to Hart/Taker where I left off. So that is awesome too!

EDIT: I am nervous for WM30 because it will be the first live ppv on the network. NXT Arrival was fine I heard, but that didn't pull nearly the amount of viewers WM will. So hopefully it doesnt crap out right as Bryans hitting the running knee on HHH or something. Crossing my fingers.

Other than that, the early streaming issues are gone for me. Things dont stop or skip.

Off topic but lol @ Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn being in the semi finals of the king of the ring in 98' so hilarious. Love seeing the south park and "puppies" signs too. God we were such horny violence ridden kids/teens back then!

Hey thanks for the response. I would probably watch it on my IPad, PS3 or with AppleTV. I have Smart TVs so will probably switch to that once the app is available.

I'm worried about WM30 stream too because you know 99.9999% of the people that get the Network will be watching it live. I kind of think they should have launched the Network a week after they announced it in January and made the Rumble the first PPV to work out the bugs. Fingers crossed though.

About Shamrock and Severn, I was a huge Shamrock fan when he came in and really thought the WWE handled him wrong. He should have been Goldberg before Goldberg was Goldberg (in fact it's funny because Bischoff said they created Goldberg as a shot to how the WWE was misusing Shamrock). Shamrock should have came in and just squashed guys in 2 or 3 minutes for the first 6 months before he started working with bigger stars. It's too bad that Shamrock's best stuff was when he turned heel and joined the Corporation, then he got hurt and left shortly afterwards. Fans bought Shamrock as a legit tough guy and he had the look and the ankle lock but he was put in some pretty bad angles and ne never should have been given a mike. Severn was a waste though, I legit remember only 1 when Owen Hart piledrived/piledrove him and they played the broken neck angle then he disappeared too.

Yeah I'm going to be in trouble once I get the Network, especially with baseball season starting up too. My first order of business is to watch any of the WWE PPVs I've never seen before or have only seen once or twice, mainly the old monthly IYHs and every PPV after 2001ish, then go to WCW, then ECW. So my first PPV will probably be King of the Ring 1995, which will be painful to watch I'm sure. King Mabel though!

    - The stream is awesome on my PS3.
    - No. It starts all over. But you can easily search by match and finish inside a PPV, so you can find your place easily.
    - Yes. Use the same feature I just described. You go to the PPV, and then go to that match...hit play.
    - I don't think so. it seems to hurt the stream.
