The Packers would also like to welcome to titletown, USA, our new SS James Ihedigbo. With a combined 100 tackles, 3 Int's, 2 Fumble recoveries and 10 passes defended, should help to shore up our secondary
Bills add two more minimum contracts for guys that can start if needed... C/G Rich Ohrnberger. who filled in quite well at center in the playoffs this year when Nick Hardwick was lost for the Chargers. S Brandon Meriweather. A bit of an enforcer he can fill in at SS should the Bills need to move Aaron Williams to the other starting spot... just in case Jarius Byrd were to be traded.... to think, a couple years ago we were thinking he'd murdered someone and would be in jail... we had the wrong Patriot there didn't we?
because your last FA splurge ended so well. You. Can't. Build. A. Team. Through. Free. Agency. Most overrated part of the NFL offseason.
So did Jeff Ireland apparently. Look at the successful teams in the NFL. Look at how they're built. It's not some secret, it's just ignored. Just like QBs who struggle under pressure or have no accuracy still are taken so high despite the fact we've seen them all fail.
The Raiders welcome Steven Hauschka, who will look to break the single season record for extra points in 2014!
true enough... but you can generate interest and put people's butts in the seats if you're having trouble filling the stadium... aint that right Oakland? Hey, I'm not saying the Dolphins aren't in that boat either.
Roughly? some time in April... more specific? well... I'd like to time it so that it ends just before the real NFL draft. I think we've done 12 picks a day in the past, allowing one hour per pick. If we do the same again, it'll take 21 days and 4 hours. I think Easter is in there somewhere (April 20th?), and this year I'm not going to have any draft picks scheduled for that day. I'm not religious (not really) but this day is generally an issue in the past here for making picks, so I think it might be best to just not schedule any picks that day. So... being specific... I think it'll start the weekend of April 12th (Saturday morning)
maybe give teams 3 hours in the first round to make their picks instead of 1... hold it in prime time...
True, from a business standpoint it has to help at least initially. Of course now that we tarped off the monstrosity of Mount Davis, there's less issues. I want us to move. The Coliseum's a dump and Oakland's political structure's a joke. I'd prefer Portland over LA actually. We could be the hipster football team.
Jack London square, baby! I'm hoping at least the A's can get something done. A waterfront sports facility would revitalize that area, so much. And for those that know **** jean quan....
I'm sure he does more then that on a daily basis. It's like a Jets fan owning the Dolphins....................errr whoops....Ross.
The Bengals are happy to announce the signing of DE/OLB Antwan Barnes. Barnes will join a slew of pass-rushers in Cliff Avril, Carlos Dunlap, and Bruce Irvin to round out the Bengals' front 7.
