nope been sober all day today...and to be honest i dont drink much, it's just on the night i traded on AROD i was super trashed, went to a friends bachlorette party during the day....basically you stole him from a poor defenseless drunk lady and I hope you feel good about yourself...
im more pissed that i gave up a pick too..LOL, but that wasnt what i was referring too, when i said i was kicking myself.....
poor defenseless drunk lady sounds like a typical SituationJr Friday night. Good luck making him feel bad about it.
Can someone tell me what I dont see in L. Bell? 3.5 YPC? He is essentially worse than Lamar Miller. You can't say the Pitt line is worse either, they were both fairly bad until late last season when Pitt picked it up.
And he shuffles around a lot in the backfield which is why I wanted to go get Ryan Mathews (or another back) earlier in the off season. He has upside if he ever fixes it.
I do get that it was a cap dump as well though. If you can afford Ware...you win. But at least he got sone value back.
It works for both sides then. There was nothing wrong with what he got back. I wanted to use bell to fill a different need. I did that. He wanted to cap dump ware and I'm sure he will make solid use of the space. I wasn't going to restructure Ben originally but now it pays to. I have a good situation for FA I think
Essentially, Le'Veon Bell is a complimentary back to DeMarco Murray, and I know Bell has a hop in his step, as well as he did at Michigan State, I've seen him in person, but he's 22 years old. He can fix it, he's the perfect change of pace back that gets tough yards. He's a workhorse. I have Tyron Smith and Doug Free blocking for him on the Left and Right Sides. It'll be alright.
4 picks from 21-33, picked up Mike Daniels the first time I had 31 and still 9 picks overall. Not doing to bad. Can certainly make that draft go by fast from 31-33 if I'm inclined ;p
Offensive Guard went undrafted after having a mid-round grade gets signed by Seattle plugged in LT during the pre-season and plays flawlessly. Filled in quite well for Seattle when asked, certainly outperformed McQuistan and was Seattle's 2nd best pass protector. He should have started for Seattle somewhere on that line or at least got more reps. I love his upside.
If I didn't have big 6'5 330 rookie Michael Bowie at RT who started to come on at the end of the year, I probably wouldn't have given you Bailey. Bowie is another one BTW. 2013 7th rounder from Northeastern State. PFF said this in November about him: "While rookie tackles are struggling all over the league Bowie has settled in nicely. He’s not perfect but he doesn’t look out of place." If that's not bad enough, they drafted OLB Malcolm Smith in the 7th of 2011 after coming off knee surgery at USC. Dude ran a 4.44 at his Pro Day with a 39 vert and 10'05 broad. Now he's SB MVP, starting OLB for the #1 D in the NFL, and finished as the 5th highest graded 4-3 OLB. That's sick. Plus Sherman & Chancellor in the 5th and Maxwell in the 6th. Just ridiculous. This is why I was praying to interview Seattle's Director of College Scouting, Scott Fitterer.
Yeah Bowie is also very solid. I didn't think I could pry Bowie from you so I opted for Bailey. Seattle is just amazing at eyeing talent right now.
I did have to part with a BEAST like Alshon Jeffrey and a player I've liked since he was in college Janoris Jenkins. Oh yea AND I added 16M in cap space with that trade!! Getting Sitton may be the icing on the cake but FFG, I sure feel like we had an AMAZING, passionate, consensual trade last Friday night. And I'm always ready for round 2.
PM me and I might consider something. Not sure I'm looking to move him for a pick alone after giving up picks to get him.
With that acquisition the Seahawks now leads the NFL in banned substance violations Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Then you need to be actively asking about players. GMs aren't just gonna shop every offer around the league until they can find a better one. Have some common sense. We're like three weeks into the league, so if you weren't stepping up to the plate, then that's on you man. I offered my 1.14 for him... but by the time Denver got back to me, I had already traded it up to 1.2 which wasn't going anywhere, so he asked for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th instead knowing it's a deep talented draft. I was close to accepting two 3's for a very good player b/c I needed and wanted the picks at the time, and I wasn't about to bounce the proposal around the league to see who would give better even though someone would've said the same thing you are now, that "I would've given a quality 2nd for him had I known he'd go for two 3's". WADR, you haven't earned some special privilege that requires a GM to submit each and every trade to you and every other GM to see if they can get better. That's just too damn time consuming.
Damn, I'm sorry I don't have as much free time as you man. Don't mean it like that, but the last semester of college, pursuing a finance degree, is kind of really time consuming. On top of all this, I am looking after my Mama as well. My fault. Maybe I should drop everything and just focus on this, WADR.
