If he was so "sorry" why didn't Sherman cover Boldin??? Sherman just yappin Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Ofcourse their was one WR who set SB records against that "Legion of boom" defense....forget his name though Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
D. Thomas showed me a LOT that game. He did get boomed but he held onto the ball, got up and did it again the nrext play. Every time.
Setting records when down 30+ on the scoreboard....Its a pretty hollow record. I mean even if they lose by 2 scores the record still means something more then it does now because it helped keep the game competitive. That crap was an embarrassment with a record which means little.
13-118 and a TD... When everyone else on that offense was thoroughly dominated Thomas did his thing. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
One of the Rams biggest intentions when coming into this was figuring out how to stop Marshawn Lynch who was Seattle's best offensive player...... Happy to see him in SD.
wow - Ill add my 3 to the mix Alshon, Cobb and Hunter....plus woodhead/Miller....i think if Stafford can get his head out of his ***, we're good to go....
Probably b/c of that Byron Maxwell guy picking off Crabtree here. Pete Carroll didn't need Sherman shadowing #1 WRs anymore with the NFL's 2nd rated corner opposite him, stoopid. 2013 Passer Rating Allowed #1: Richard Sherman: 47.3 (final 5 games as a starter: 30 targets, 10 completions, 4 INT, 22.5 QB rating) #2: Byron Maxwell: 47.7 Maxwell against Jimmy Graham, Cruz, Nicks, Crabtree: 3/12 catches, 45 yards, 0 TD. Eric Decker [#1 in NFL on throws of 20+ yards with a 60% catch rate]: 1/6 catches for 6 yards.
Big thing will be if Hunter progresses like he should. I feel happy with Flacco Gore Delanie Gates AJ Nelson Smith Plus a fairly solid line.
Thomas was sooooo good against Seattle he couldn't get open for better than a 2 yard completion through the 1st quarter when Denver needed it the most. Through the next 12 minutes and before things got out of hand, his contributions were dink-dunk-dink-dunk-dink-dunk. 6 yards, 3 yards, 7 yards, 1 yard, 9 yard. Onoz, run for cover errbody!!! His TD came trailing 36-0 in garbage time, stoopid. He couldn't hold onto the ball as Maxwell punched it out and *****-slapped Denver's hopes to make a comeback.
You and your pals can try and demean it all you want, it is what it is. Wes Welker didn't do it, Julius Thomas didn't do it, Eric Decker didn't do it. Demaryus Thomas did. And your Seahawks won't sniff a multiple TD lead against this team, so get your popcorn ready girly Todd...NFC West has a new sheriff in town.
How so? He couldn't do against Seattle what Boldin did- score a TD when it actually mattered, and keep from fumbling the ball when his team is trying to drive for a comeback.
If that ball, like the ball to Crabtree at the end of the NFCC Game, were placed better, it's a TD. Just sayin'.
No it's not. Not even close. Maxwell had Crabtree smothered. He's riding him the entire route with proper positioning, then the moment he saw Crab's eyes look back, he played the ball just as he's taught. If it were thrown into the endzone, he would've followed it there too. It's textbook coverage. Here's the video of it. http://www.seahawks.com/videos-phot...epernick/ed3da59e-e18f-4337-918a-b88573cec7a2
It was good coverage, but I believe Kaepernick could give Crabtree a chance to make a play if he delivers it towards the sideline and deeper. Maxwell has his back turned toward Crabtree and is inside of him. Great play, but IMO a better throw could be a TD. I certainly believe that to be the case against Sherman.
Kind of seems like Maxwell would've been on Crab's hip on that play, but no question Sherman was about 6" away from having a game winning TD scored on him. Football, like life...is a game of inches.
hed be welcome on the packers considering it was him who allowed the packers to win the division by allowing that 48 yrd catch to cobb to win the game.
Tennessee and San Diego, please see my post in the official trade thread.. pick 172 doesn't belong to Titans, it's the Panthers. please rework your trade or Gates reverts back to San Diego.
Anyone else ever stare at their roster in complete awe for atleast 45 min a day?? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Did you at least clean up your keyboard? I only have like 25 players rostered so its far from complete. By the time Im done I will be.
