Yeah, it's the media holding Danielle Thomas back.

Thomas goes down on first contact. Doesn't exactly run through walls. Don't even remember him brealing a tackle.

Get your facts straight buddy!!! Even against the Steelers Thomas didn't "breal" any tackles.

    Whatever that means...

I wonder if you'd call him Danielle to his face. Probably not.

I don't think he was a disappointment because he's not that special. A third down back at best. He's never going to be a 1000 yard rusher and he's never going to be as good as Reggie Bush. He's only been disappointing to those that thought we drafted a better running back than Bush.

Funny you say that bc when Bush came into the league he was knocked for being a 3rd down back only. Not everyone lights it up right away, have some patience.

So that's pretty much 90% of the forum, then?

I never got why everyone was so confident that letting Bush go was the right move. I am not for cutting ties with Miller, but I will be dumbfounded if the team doesn't bring in somebody better to allow Miller to be a situational back.

Regardless of how you feel about Miller we do need to upgrade the talent at the RB position. I would be surprised if Daniel Thomas is even on the roster next season and even if Miller proves he can carry the load we still need some talented young RBs on the roster. I would think from the 3rd round on we will be taking a good hard look at the RBs on the draft board. I'd like to see us come out of the draft with a good inbetween the tackles guy. I think Miller is a decent #2 back but if he is your #1 starter you are in trouble.

With good run blocking and a commitment to the run game Miller can be damn good. Lesean McCoy/Jamaal Charles good? Maybe not.

    But damn good.

Everyone jumped the gun on Miller when was coming off the bench and spelling Bush.
As a starter it was blatantly clear that Miller is tentative and has very poor vision.
He's mediocre at best and easily replaceable.
