Rut Roh!! Ben Volin @BenVolin 1m Search warrant released today reveals that police believe Hernandez may have been shooter in 2012 double murder http://www.boston.com/news/local/ma...n-south-end/UHyAygMaRUSwedxdsz0gqK/story.html
What did I tell you guys about how hard it is to convict on a Murder 1 charge? Obviously it still needs to play out, but you A)have no witnesses that AH shot OL, and B) you still don't have the murder weapon. AH just has to hope that gun never is found. They have him waking into his house with it in his hand, not enough to convict. All this means is he is going to walk on these charges..........and walk right out of jail on time served.................. and hopefully right into Dolphin uniform.
He doesn't' have a record and if he gets acquitted has a clean record. No priors. If anything he would be cheap, and on his best behavior. Also ready to blast the Pats for giving up on him.
You and everyone else know he did it. There is no lock that a guy with his attitude that walks from murder would be on his best behavior... I couldnt pull for a murderer sorry. Fan yes. Obsessed no.
Well well well, what's it like in that ivory tower up there Mr. "I've never been involved in a double homicide" Judgey :P
Murder 1 maybe not. Getting him as the trigger man could be hard, but they have his car, the bullet, video, the text message, and the gum. None of that counts the gun running they're investigating, and the double homicide. He's not walking away scot free, and if he did there's not a team in the world that would hitch their wagon to this *******. He's done and I hope he lives out a short, miserable life.
You have to prove motive and action. Motive I think they can prove, but action? None of the above remotely comes close to action. You need to prove AH, gun in hand pulling trigger, simple a that. Can you? That is only done by either finding a murder weapon and forensically linking it to the bullets found/casing. Or by witnesses.....OL is dead, and if this holds up (the news) both of those guys aren't testifying, therefore no witnesses. Unless AH confesses I would think the DA won't even try him on M1......it would be a waste of time to even go forth with it if nobody testifies.
he's been doing this while making millions already. You're naive if you think he'll all of a sudden behave. He'll go back to it.
on his best behavior? seriously? this isn't someone who got caught smoking pot or DUI's or hitting his girlfriend (not that the latter two are acceptable behaviors). just does anyone in the country believe he wasn't an active participant in one or more murders? just because the courts acquitted him, doesn't mean you act like a complete friggin moron and close your eyes to this guys involvement in multiple cases of violence and murder. If he's F&#*$@ up enough to help carry out murder, what makes you think he'll become an angel on our team? ridiculous sentiment.
Because the players on Miami now are boy scouts? If he hauls in touchdowns against the Pats? Sign. Me. Up.
Really the guy threw away his potential. And that he had so many chances to straightened out. But really he throw everything away! And now could be facing life without no chance of parole!
Can you imagine if that scenario played out? How many people on here would refuse to root for him...until he rips a 65 yard seam route for a TD in the first quarter against the Jets? I can see it now: "I can't believe we signed this POS. He freaking killed multiple people. He should be in pris....go! Holy crap he caught it! Run, run you beautiful murdering bastard, run! TOUCHDOOOOOOOOWN MIAMI! The only thing he is guilty of, is stealing out hearts! Fins up!"
Agreed. If be more like "Score and get your *** in a cell where it belongs, oh and shatter your knee crossing the goal line"
Oh my no, do not care if he leads the NFL in Td's and we win the SB, not a chance. guys like this, recruit other guys to join them in their ****ery, you be better served picking up a spitting cobra hoping it does not bite you..this time..keep doing it long enough and it will happen. Ask Mike Pouncey how that works. You are right in a way, trial by media is just a bad idea to buy into, no direct witnesses, very little actionable evidence, if this was "Joe Avg" the DA would be rushing to offer a deal. Hell if RKelly can do what he did, on video tape, and get away with it, anything is possible
His influence on Pouncey? The guy is throwing parties mid-week where players are taking Molly....Pouncey doesn't need influence he is plenty influenced enough...
AH sharpening his blades because he about to go skatinggggggggggggg......... http://www.providencejournal.com/br...lose-bid-for-aaron-hernandezs-phone-calls.ece
Nope, all I read was a that judge slammed some sloppy prosecution paperwork in relation to a fishing expedition to get more info on AH said after he was put in the slammer. Nothing too fantastic for AH, nor fatal for the prosecution. To put it in gaming terms the prosecution screwed up a side quest but still have the opportunity to take the side quest again.
and now its being reported (if you call what TMZ does reporting) that he beat up a fellow inmate: http://www.tmz.com/2014/02/25/aaron-hernandez-jail-fight-attacks-inmate/#ixzz2uNGRRni7
Hernandez called a penalty on him for illegal touching. 10 punches to the head and repeat first down.
What a punk Aaron is! Really wished that FSU and Patriots saw the red flags in him. Before they knew what they were getting themselves into!
He will get charged with assault (if he started it) and in the end it will have no bearing on the trial or his jail time.... He will get sentenced and time that he already served will cover it...
If he was a Dolphin the media would be crucifying us for employing such a POS, but since he's a Pat they get a pass. Also according to the media on the scale of what it worse its apparent bullying>>>>>>>>>>>>murder
