OK everybody knows there is a game tonight and everybody knows that a lot of people are not going to be able to watch it, because of the conflict with the cable companies. I don't care who's at fault and I don't need a two page explanation on why. There should be an organized effort to make the NFL and the media aware of the fans frustration. That being said, everyone that can't get the game tonight make sure that when the game starts that you call repair at your local cable company and tell them you are having trouble with reception for the game. I mean really CLOG their phonelines. For everyone that can get the game. You should Boycott the first half to show unity with all NFL fans across the country. Now of course I don't expect packer and cowboy fans to participate, but everyone else should, because next year it could be your team that you can't watch. The NFL is supposed to be FREE!!! If anyone knows how to get the word out on a national level that would be great!!!! Oh and by the way, We will beat the JETS!!! Go Phins

Stop being a cheapskate..... Just go get Directv. Serious football fans should already have it. Getting Directv was the best decision i ever made, i have so many HD and Sports channels now, my chick is about to leave my sorry butt.

I get the channel, also have the Rutgers game on also.

But I have to study for a big test tomorrow, so most likely won't watch either.

That stinks for those who don't get it. I've had Directv the last four years for the sole purpose of buying the Sunday ticket. I recommend that any NFL fan break down a get it. In the meantime, if you're of age, theres always bars carrying the games.

Unfortunately, I live in one of these famed "condo" complexes that DON'T allow satelite on the roof, and my balcony does not face south west :(

It's not about being a serious football fan, it isn't my choice.

Of course I could get digital cable and spend over 30 bucks extra a month and it would have NFL network . . but, I don't even watch TV like that, I rather keep my blockbuster online for movies and video games

What? Why is it supposed to be "free"? The NFL is a business and busness is about making money. When you are trying to make money you do everything you can to to just that, not give away things.

Are jerseys free? Hats? T-shirts? The game is their #1 product and if they can make money off it then all the power to them. They have been getting their pound of flesh from me for 15 years and unless I move to Miami, they will continue to get my money every year.

    BTW....

The game is available, streaming, on NFL.com...but watching it there would not allow people to complain about not getting NFL Network. Just click the "watch now" button in the middle of the home page.

The NFL Network is a great product. Putting games on the Network is for the sole purpose of getting more subscribers. I get why the NFL wants to pimp another one of its products. Many people had the NFL Network as part of a basic cable package last year. Then it was lifted. Spending the extra cash to see any game I don't have a problem with. Having national broadcasts that the majority of the NFL's fan base can't see is a mistake, IMO. I'm just going by something i've heard in this discussion from a nationally syndicated talk show, it would cost about an extra dollar a month per cable subscriber for the NFL Network to be included in a basic package. I don't think the NFL is totally to blame.

The NFL is like Crack to fans. They can't get enough no matter what the product is like. The Flex schedule is great, but I think they should go back to having the more featured game on Monday Night.

NFL network has the worst game crew. Thank god for mute. The NFL has knowledgeable interesting people doing the radio shows on Sirius. Why the hell wouldn't they tap some of them to do the games?
