My Grandpa does it. He does it for like 10 minutes though. I tried it once and I felt nauseous after 10 seconds
I wasn't really starting it to whiten my teeth but damn if this isn't the whitest they've ever been. Basically your teeth are porous and what this does is pull bacteria out of them and your gums so it makes sense that they do get whiter.
lol For you mother****ers who can't use google: http://www.foodmatters.tv/articles-1/oil-pulling-the-habit-that-can-transform-your-health I do have really bad sinuses and get TMJ sometimes and it's def lessened that also.
Well since I take care of my mouth I think 'll be fine. Not all of us chew tobacky,, like you and CiF.
lol Hope you have a perfect diet as well and good insurance to pay for over-priced dental treatments.
I just think it's funny people have so much faith in modern dentistry. Remember up until a few years ago that they were pushing mouthwash w alcohol in it as the be all end all for mouth health. Fast forward a few years and alcohol in mouthwash can actually help give you oral cancer lol Woopsy.
lol It has almost no taste. I do it as soon as I wake up while I'm letting my dog out, making tea, reading on the comp, etc and usually a half hour goes by without me even knowing.
A few years ago I was really tired one night and accidentally swallowed the mouthwash. I haven't been the same since.
I'll give it a whirl. I'm always looking for ways to whiten my teeth and strengthen both my teeth and gums. My mom works for a dentist so I get everything done for free anyway, but I have really sensitive teeth so I often have issues. Now, where do I buy this crap?
Give it at least a few weeks to see results. Although I'd say I started seeing results within my first 5 or so days. Wegmans has it in their organic section.
Kinda doubt it. I'd think any kind of Feel Rite or whatever organic stores you have. If not I'd wager it's all over Amazon.
