had the Chargers not won this game, we would have needed Baltimore to lose 2 out of 3 for us to get in at 9 and 7. Chargers still need to win both of their remaining games though (vs Oak and vs KC)
Well, if you can land women hotter than Alex Flanagan you must be one studly handsome young fellow. Of all the white female football reporter chicks, the only one I consider as hot as Alex is Jaime Maggio.
We're playing for the #1 seed now. The team will be fired up. Your chances of winning this Sunday have decreased drastically.
Pats are going to lose their first playoff game, it doesn't matter where or who... they will lose. Will we see you after that?
What I took out of this game tonight is that the Super Bowl is so wide open, even our team has a chance at it.... There's not a single dominant team in the NFL that separates themselves from the rest.. Patriots could have been that team to create separation but with Gronk out I don't think so anymore.
its pretty clear you are really worried about this game, otherwise why would you be on a dolphins forum at 11pm. or you're a closet phin fan.
They were always playing with motivation as they have the Bengals right behind them with the Bengals holding the head to head tiebreaker.
Why are they going to pull out their special "we're palying for the #1 seed" lineup? Are you saying they weren't going to try as hard until tonight? Give me a break.
I think the Bengals have a better shot at the #1 seed than the Patriots. Still believe the Broncos will hold on to it though.
If the Dolphins would have beaten the Ravens, Bills and not disappeared in the 2nd half vs the Patriots they would be playing for the #1 seed right now. Still they lost those games only thing to do now is win out. Time to send a message to the Patriots, media and the rest of the league Sunday.
Patriots were winning games and went 7-1 before Gronk even came back, and Amendola and Vereen weren't even playing then. According to Jerome Bettis and Tedy Bruschi, just to name a few of former players who do not think that the Gronk injury will derail the Patriot's chances are talking from experience but leave it up to fans that never played a down to say other wise just because they WANT their team to win. Now the offense is a lot better from the beginning of the season with a much improved Thompkins (didn't play last week, but will be back), Dobson (didn't play last week), much healthier Amendola (scored a TD vs Cleveland and will be a week healthier Sunday), healthier Austin Collie who's been a good receiver in this league, and a hot Julian Edelman, not to mention the emergence of the explosive Josh Boyce. And did I forget to mention that Brady's throwing hand is no longer swollen like it was the last time he played Miami and that Vereen wasn't even back yet, to add to that improved receiving corps? Don't forget about LeGarrette Blount, Bolden (didn't play vs Cleveland but is back) and Stevan Ridley who'll have a great day on the ground... And defensively, Aqib Talib is a week healthier and did not play week 8 either.. last week he was a little rusty but had a whole week to rest, check his resume (4 INTS, Jimmy Graham, A.J Green, Demaryius Thomas, Julio Jones) shutdown before his injury, he is closer to that health this Sunday so either Hartline or Wallace will be taken out.. and I think Chandler Jones (11 sacks) and Rob Ninkovich will cook up some timely pressure against Tannehill, and force some balls into the hands of the ball hawking New England secondary. I know Rob is out, but you CANNOT compare this team to the one at the beginning of the season, different team, healthier at other key spots, and better Chemistry with a motive for 1st seed.. back to earth reality check for Miami. If New England can make Peyton look average (Denver scored off of turnovers, Manning only threw 1 TD) in a big game, being this is a big game then they can CERTAINLY do it to a much much lesser Ryan Tannehill. And if you think that they will not start fast in this game and with a sense of urgency then you are either drunk or high.
What are the Chargers thinking. Passing only 20 times and running the ball 44 times. That doesn't work in the NFL anymore.
For some reason this forum will not let me use the enter key, and I don't know why. That's why its jumbled together
I'm really surprised that teams didn't do this to us when we couldn't stop the run many weeks ago. But, how dare the chargers do that in a passing league. Reminds me of Marty ball cuz they were showing a preview piece on Marty during the game. -Sent from my TMO Samsung Galaxy Note 3 using Tapatalk
Lol.. Wanna know when I gave up on Ronnie brown?? Well I'll tell ya.. When I thought he came into training camp fat, and everyone game me a hard time, then later on in that season I heard this, and I quote..middle of a game mind you.. " man!!!, dude, I have no energy, I've got to stop eating junk food man, I've got to change my diet, I don't feel right"
I didn't read it, maybe you should summarize if you wanna make your point, just leave out any Dobsons, Tompkins, or collie references, their not necessary. Yeah, and no I didn't read it..just saw those three words and knew you were saying the same stuff you've been saying.
Im not sure why pats fans think we care about gronk being out so much. We did fine. I still wouldnt be scared if they had him. Besides, Hes not wearing stripes.
Their offense went from 20ppg to 30ppg. Of course we could beat them with him, but they are much easier to beat without Gronk.
My basis is more that gronk went 2 catches for 20 yards against us. No tds. Jordan and company did great on him.
Refs had nothing to do with your unintelligent players not being aware of the fact that swatting the ball would result in a penalty.
Aka nothing. Aka being scared. That was all I needed to read. Please show your face here when you lose.
Only Pats fans would say that an attempt to recover a fumble is a penalty. Sent from my Galaxy S3 using Tapatalk
