I hear New England is offering a used video camera and a one year supply of tampons, courtesy of Tom Brady.

Too bad the draft isn't ten thousand rounds like the old days, we may get something then.

Hey, maybe we will acually get something. Look at Vick...a dog killer got another chance. Martin will for a desperate team that needs some O-Line help.

**** Martin. He hid behind an excuse of mental illness because his mom slapped the **** out of him for hanging with a bad crowd. I wouldn't give a dusty M&M that's been under the fridge for 5 years for his ***.

    Not unexpected.

I will be surprised if anyone bids at all. It's not as if he's a good player. Lots of folks didn't even have him on their board. And now he'll have been inactive for the better part of a year. Plus the potential distraction factor.

When no one bites, he'll be released.

It's unlikely the Dolphins will get anything for him, but there's a whole lot of dumb **** being said so far in this thread.

If we could get a conditional 7th in the 2018 draft, I'd be tickled pink.

I would be very surprised if anyone bids since he could be had for nothing once he's released. I'm sure he will get a second chance once he's released and hopefully he becomes an usable player then.

I wouldn't be surprised to get a decent late rounder for him. Tackles are always in demand, and i don't think he's shown enough for everyone to have given up on him - you know that whole "potential" thing. He was a high draft pick. The whole "Tebow" factor may scare away some though, as he will likely bring media attention at first at least.

Are you sure it's not the Dolphins who will have to give up a draft pick rather than receive one! I cannot see any team touching him with a barge pole, especially once they realise how much more improved our line is without him.

Indy or San fransisco..I'll take anything, a 7th, he's under contract here, so teams will just wait til we cut him before next season.

Martin is a lawsuit waiting to happen. No team is going to take a chance on his going to his mommy next time somebody looks at him cross-eyed and ending up with a lost investment and a racial discrimination suit. If the Dolphins end up dodging that, I'll be ecstatic even if they get nothing for him.

What a monumental waste of a high draft pick.

The Miami Dolphins might be a place he could land? Their GM is certainly one I think could be had.

If Ireland can get anything more than a bag of balls for this guy, he should be given a lifetime contract.

The Irsay factor is likely our main hope. Our main hope of getting a seventh round pick, or perhaps Richardson, whichever has less value by the offseason :)

We have not been good at getting rid of players .Everyone knows we dont want Martin and I expect they will wait until he is released

Vick came back into the league as a free agent. Eagles did not have to compensate the Falcons. IMO, we'll be lucky to get a 7th for the guy that Ireland considered a better prospect than Alshon Jeffery.

The 3rd next likely place would be Philly. Zach Ertz was his college roommate, and Chipper has added a lot of young Pac 12 players to their roster.

What should Ireland get for wasting a 2 on this guy in the first place? Lots of folks here think he is just a fine GM. That alone would be a fireable offense if I owned the team.

What are you talking about? Phil Merling, Chad Henne, Pat White, Sean Smith, Misi, trading back into the 2nd round lest they miss out on Daniel Thomas, Jonathan Martin.

    Parlaying 2 2nds and Brandon into 2 3rds.

Good point. Harbaugh or Pep/Luck might know enough about him to chance a late pick. Replace the 6th we sent for McKinney.

Yep. If I were Stephen Ross, I would want to know why we took a player in the 2nd round that many other teams had taken off their boards.

As an aside, I would also like to know why Incognito was kept after the incident at the golf course.
Those two aspects are why I say that Armando is blowing smoke that Jeff's job is safe.
