Or opponents were a hot mess the last two years, and cam had no confidence what so ever... This year they are playing as a unit, complete football.. Last year after the first half cam would have shut it down, this year he shows some life knowing his D will keep him in it.. Our defense isn't that bad, young players like Carroll are coming along.. Once our offense gains some swagger I think we can be a real threat and I really think the pats are only winning the div because no one else can step up... We have been in every game even the saints game... We jes need a few parts to this team, maybe Ireland can find them maybe a new gm is what is needed... Either way I really feel like we are on top of the hill ready to start rolling down picking up momentum for the mountain ahead... It will be quite a challenge to keep this team together but if we can jes stay the course I think next season we will be the new afc east kings.. We have talent, Wallace will get his touches deep and the run game will be better with some better line men... All we need is a well scouted offseason and this team is a very good team...

I think we are a lot like the Panthers from a year ago. A LOT. Even Greg Olsen was saying he saw similarities. Just like them last year, we are a young team that has trouble finishing. We are inconsistent on both sides of the ball and inconsistent in the coaching game, just like they were.

This is a great example of why I'm not giving up on Philbin. Everyone wanted Rivera fired last year. Hell, Panthers fans even wanted him fired at the beginning of this year. A lot of them were also ready to give up on Cam Newton.

The third year is always the make or break year. We have a lot of talent. I still believe that.

I also hope they keep the similarities going and fire the GM. Yup, just like the Panthers did.

    Not with this QB.

I like this offense, I hope they keep it, as well as the coaches.
$100 mil invested in Hartline and Wallace should get us a new GM. Hopefully with the new GM they will find a better QB too. Then we might see the way this offense was intended to operate. Better QB, better targets.

An entire OL minus Pouncey isn't just a few parts. Add, OC, RB, FB, KR, and LB and you are basically in rebuild mode. You're not just missing a few pieces when your O ranks at the bottom of the NFL. Pffffftttt

I'm having a hard time seeing it personally. Too many glaring issues all around, and the whole bullying situation and NFL investigation piled on top of that.

The best teams in the league don't have probowlers across the board.. We don't need a whole new o line, a guard and a tackle is all, the rest are suitable... Our LB'ers will get better, we do need a new kr, rb, and te.. But we have a real opportunity to get better...

We are a lot like them last year.

    7-9
Lost 5 games by 7 points or less, they lost 6.

A lot of their fans also compared us to them. Hopefully we finish the season 4-0 just like they did last year

Chud got a job with the browns and gave Shula a chance to show his stuff, who thinks anybody will be knocking on sherms door...

No. Not a chance. The only way we're going to get the talent we need is with a new GM, and a GOOD one. And a good GM won't come here unless he can pick his head coach. And they'll both want their own QB. So, if we stay with the coach and GM we have, we won't get any better and if we get a new GM and HC, they'll be rebuilding and we'll be back at square one.

What we need to do like them is draft great players in the 1st. Kuechly is one of the best LB's in the NFL in year TWO. Star is a Soliai/Starks clone.

  12. IMO the biggest problem the Dolphins have is that they are poorly coached.
