Ours drop a fair bit of balls too, look at the Ravens game. Over here though, people blame Tannehill's ball placement.
Yeh we can still win the division if we beat the pats! the dolphins at 3-2 got them right where they want them.
And deservedly should get praised, not many QB's can make that last throw. Hilarious "any qb". What are you even arguing about? That his offensive line did their JOB?
That's really irrelevant since the game wasn't played in New Orleans. The Pats are still the best team in the AFC East and it will remain that way as long as Brady is the QB of the Patriots and Belichick is the Patriots HC. I'm sure Brady is good for another 3-4 years of quality play and Belichick will find quality receivers for the Patriots before next season starts. It's hard for the other teams in the division to catch up to a team that has one of the greatest QB's in the history of the NFL, as well as the best HC in the game today.
God dammit, stupid playcalling for the Saints. run the clock out when you're on the friggin road Payton! I will say the refs were doing a pretty bad job in that game. they were holding Graham past 5 yards on most plays, especially after Talib went out with the injury.
Not with a minute left and no time outs agsinst one of the best teams in the league. Either way new england does it all the time.
Don't you love that the stadium was half empty, with the Patriots down by 1 with over 2 minutes left and one timeout remaining? (Since the Saints stupidly decided to throw a long pass rather than a screen or run to take it away, which wouldn't have given the Pats enough time to win). With TOM Freakin' BRADY as QB! BEST FANS EVAAAAH
Oh ok so unless the comeback scenario meets that exact criteria, scoring the GW TD with just about 3 seconds left doesn't count? And if NE does it all the time why didn't they do it last week against Cincy?
I never said the Pats weren't light years better. You said the Dolphins would have never done that. I just showed you they did. The Bills did it earlier this year. The Jets have done it this year. Houston did it, twice. Every team is capable of comebacks when the clock is running out. Nice strawman attempt though.
I watched that game, that Kansas City defensive line is ridiculously good. The Broncos best not overlook that team... Peyton got pressured all day today from the Jaguars defensive line and they didn't blitz once, and the Chiefs are 10 times better. Could be the team that gives the Broncos their loss.
If you want to join the national media Tom Brady slurpfest, then by all means. I'm just saying, there is ample evidence QBs look much better with plenty of time to throw, and further, there is ample evidence that Tom Brady does not look Tom Brady like with pressure on his face.
They got 3 chances in the last 3 mins, credit should go to their defense bc even the biggest Pats fans thought it was over when Brady threw that horrible pick.
It is relevant. The Pats have not had the difficult schedule we've had. In fact, they've had the 3rd easiest schedule for AFC teams so far. We've had the hardest in the league. The one powerhouse team they finally play, they get at home. It changes from here on out though. We get the easiest remaining schedule. The Pats get the 4th toughest. The 6-0 Chiefs have had the easiest schedule. The Steelers have had the 2nd easiest and their record is horrible. Proof they're garbage.
Woa bro, Take Peyton and Rodgers off of that list because in my opinion they are right there with Tom Brady.
If you thought our fans are bad after losses you should check out Saints Report... And they're 5-1 yet they're saying Brees isn't elite, Sean needs to be fired, etc. Brees not elite is hilarious to me, if he's not elite then we obviously need to start drafting quarterbacks because I don't think Tannehill ever reaches Brees' level yet he's just average according to Saints' fans.
I find that fan base to be absolutely disgusting. You should've read the threads on that forum the week that we played them on Monday night, disgusting.
I remember watching that and I was thinking, it's not even over yet they're celebrating already.. lol
If the Pats win in the next two weeks they will once again start to run away with the division, they'd at worst have a 3 game lead if they win both games and we beat Buffalo (and if we lose to Buffalo at home with some random guy from the street at QB then just give the Pats the AFC East title right after the game). So It would be a nice time for Miami to actually beat the Patriots for once during the 2010s. Pats have only lost something like 3 games at home though since 2009...tall task.
You can tell how many bandwagon jumpers they have, they obviously forgot Bobby Hebert, etc. If they are miserable about Brees, wait until he's gone.
In Foxboro, the flags fly for the patriots. It's almost poetic. Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk 4
Reggie Bush had a good day against a stout front seven. Obviously it was a big mistake. Everyone knows it.
