Never knew Julian was his middle name. If his name is Christ im not suprised he's got twice as many catches as Hartline and Wallace.

    So much this.

    This defined Sparano.

'We just have to do better at...'

Over and over with no improvement.

Philbin... good job so far. But I'm watching you. Time to get your cojones out and get radical.

Ive been wondering this for awhile. I think we all like his personality from Hard Knocks, but are there any young Olinemen who have improved under him?

INcog was already good. Pouncey was already great.

Show me a dude he's developed who is significantly better.

Martin, I guess, went from atrocious to bad. so there's that.

What are the implications of changing Oline coaches mid season though?

And is it worth the disruption considering we are 3-1?

The Oline is a hot mess though.

A week later and you still don't get it. It had nothing to do with your points. It was everything to do with you being a douche and posting a highly negative thread 5 minutes after a win.

I understand that particular stat but it is a rather stupid stat.

Compare the TE's in 07 to todays class in terms of WHO we faced. Maybe that year we faced TE that are scrubs or QB's taht are scrubs. So far we have faced 1 HOF QB, 1 very very very good QB and 1 rising star QB.

So its a lot of good informatin but rather vague and not proper enough to come to any conclusions.

At the end of it all, Miami for almost a DECADE hasn't been able to defend against TEs but the defense crumbling and playing like **** isn't anything new and the offense not being able to score explosive plays dates back to the 90's.

So was it negative or was it CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM? Was it TRUE or was it FALSE?

Sorry, but I am not scared to tell people the truth in example I would tell you the earth is round and not a triangle if you truly deeply in the bottom of your heart believe it is a triangle. I will tell you its a circle then i will pity how incapable someone is of handling reality and facts and move on with my life.

I am sorry I faced reality STRAIGHT ON instead of cry of JOY then 8 days later cry of SADNESS and depression. At the end who has it better? Me or you? I expected us to get blown out so I was prepared for the score while people like you believed we are contenders with the elite and then cried throughout the game thread and cried afterwards as if they were told Santa doesn't exist at 5 years old.

A week later, and most likely at least 20 years later assuming you are above that age, you still can't accept reality. Denial always allows people to be happier, in example, you; that is until you get smacked in the face with a 20+ blow out loss a week later.

realistically, and im not an ireland hater, but we've done an abysmal job putting talent there. If Tannehill makes it through this year unscathed, i'll be happy. Im hoping for less than 60 sacks. i think our draft is 80% olineman this year.

No offense, not to sound cocky but I am right.
For how good Hartline has been, how many catches as he CAUGHT with at least 3 yards of space IN FRONT of his CB? I mean look at NE WRs, including Dobson. THEY ALL ARE OPEN ALLLLL DAY LONG, they have agility, quick twitching hips, and fast. Dobson who is always open has a dropping issue, a big one, but all of his other WR do waht Dobson does, whcih is get very OPEN.

How come Hartline is open for a split second and that second is only when he is falling to the floor? Hartline is VERY good but he is no game breaker nor someone that will help you beat ELITE talent or CBs.

And to add to it, he took what I said out of context with his response. I never said we aren't talented ENOUGH, i said our coaches don't have the imagination to make average players GOOD and good players GREAT.

I am an Ireland hater, I think he sucks *** at what he does.

Look at all the linemen he has drafted, and paid big $ for, we still suck. Thomas was pathetic, and will be pathetic. As is Jerry, Clabo, Colombo, Martin, Incognito.

There is a way to fix the o line keep Ryan upright and score 30 points a game... It's design of the plays.. Someone said the pats wr's are always open, that's not jes because they are great wr's, it's because they have a great coach and a scheme that's baffles defenses.. Look at what the saint do, look at the routes they run.. Miami runs box slants and come backers.. I know it simplify s things for a young qb but Ryan has to step up, he has the talent.. Philbn for all his genius is running 1990 passing scheme.. Wallace runs a come back route, clay runs a post to the inside... That's all wrong, clay needs to run a corner route and Wallace needs to be on the box slant.. That's a clear out, and the saints killed us with it.. Our wr's aren't open cuz the scheme is asking them to use ability instead of brains.. Not the wr's fault.. On blitz plays Ryan needs to focus read it and check Gibson into a inside slant, I see other teams do it all the time.. He needs to stop letting the play calling handcuff him and make decisions for the team.. He will be wrong at times but he will be right jes as much and a big play could be the outcome.. Telegraphing box slants to hartline is no worse than a wrong check, but if the check is right then it's an easy first down.. Joe and mike need to start implementing wr route that free up our receivers quickly and Ryan can read the safety and make the throw.. It's simple, he has 2 progressive reads, clay in the corner, Wallace in the middle, not as simple as hartline on the slant but CB's are figuring that out quickly.. That's what I'm seeing, agree or disagree but I feel like I'm on to something here...

Wow and I thought our defense had a disappointing game.
    That changes everything!

    Agree and that is worrying.

We as fans talked about these exact weaknesses going in to the season so they must have been aware of them as well no?
You look at the Pats and you can talk about Brady all day but these guys change their identity to match the weapons and weaknesses they have like no other staff the NFL has ever seen IMO. The Phins have a lot of work to do to make sure these weaknesses don't send the season into a tailspin. Good thing is I think we'll be ok. Were not going to be an elite team but we don't play many teams like the Saints week in and week out. I think were a Wild Card team if we correct the issues.

No, it isn't. Not now. But after the season...

Think about it, though. When the game started, they were trading shots with the Saints. Except for Sherman's bonehead call, they were going to answer with a TD of their own. They got physically refused and things began to fall apart.

To what extent was it mental? A failure of intestinal fortitude? At the end there, everybody on the offense seemed confused; shell-shocked. Not that strange, having been on the receiving end of a beating like that after having won their first three, but most men who aren't psychological wusses can come back from getting beat up a little bit mentally tougher and angrier after going back to the drawing board.

We're about to see what kind of psychologist Tuner is.
