****ing great win.I was concerned about the experts picking against us but **** them!!!!!!Bring on the colts!!!!! ****ing defence balled today.I think it might take the offence a couple of weeks to jell but this defence can carry us.
First half was kinda ugly, looked liek the old Dolphins we know and hate. 3 and out, insability to run, field goals... However after half we had much better adjustments. Glad we won but it gets harder so that gel needs to harden fast!
Feels good now, but this was just the Browns and next up it is the Colts, Falcons, Saints, and Ravens. We can't get too excited until we see how we size up against these teams
Colts didn't look too great against the raiders today. I'm excited. I've said it before, i think we start 2-0.
That was just our 3rd Win to open the season in the last 10 seasons. That was ****ing great, looked like crap 1st half but great adjustments in the 2nd and that D was lights out. Feels sooo good to win a game to open the season!
IMO we start 3-0. I think we upset the Falcons in the home opener. Then, sadly, I think we drop the next 2 in a row.
I would take 3-2 a hundred times out of a hundred with this 5-game schedule. I still think we go 2-3 ........ but I pray you are right, I will be at the home opener and I would be crushed, but I know the falcs are a tough matchup for us
Don't include me in your "we." I'm damned excited. I'm counting on a win against the Colts and Saints...not so comfortable about the Falcons and Ravens (although the Falcons didn't look to hot today either). The Ravens will be winnable, but them goobers just seem to play better than they are to me. If we can stop Ray Rice, I like our chances.
this defense, if today is any indication, means we can play with ANYONE. some things aren't going to go our way, but i dont see anyone torching us.
I just think Matt Ryan is gonna have one of his wild nights and the Phins will play a great game. Every season you beat a team you're not supposed to. This season IMO we beat the Falcons.
Yes hartline looked great and with the exception of a couple of drops and penalties lets not forget clay and Gibson.The running game was another matter.
20 carries, 23 yards. That needs to improve massively or we are in for a miserable season. Didn't expect OL to be that awful. Very impressed by Tannehill though.
The running game really put us in bad situations. Hopefully, well improve as the year goes along. If not, I expect our offense to be as inconsistent as it was today, all year.
you know what our offense reminded me of? The Packers. Clearly not as explosive, but the style was similar. poor running, good wr play, live and die with your qb.
