I think its a sad state of affairs when a major entity looking for a way to treat its employees with a little more dignity is seen as a weakness.
I guess they better start babying the players since our society is ruining our youth by never letting them taste defeat or face athletic adversity. "I got cut?? No. I was just the FIRST guy to NOT make the team" Wow...I feel better now, maybe I won't go on a shooting spree.
I agree with what Goodell is doing (not overall, just this) on this issue. These guys are devastated.
