A healthy Pacer team is SCARY, Paul George isn't gonna get worse or anything.

Interesting as in..how can somebody that hasn't scored efficiently in 3 years, and defended anybody his entire career, can get so many people thinking he is a valuable addition.

I wonder if Gortat will be moved this offseason. I think he is an extremely underrated center and wonder what it would take for Phoenix to trade him. Also, don't forget he has an Air Jordan tattoo and had signed a sponsorship with Reebok. Love that guy.

If Wade is healthy we certainly might.

The Pacers are obviously a very good team but all their "success" against us the last two years came without Chris Bosh completely and then a diminished Wade this season.

When Wade played well in the ECF we killed the Pacers, regardless of Hibbert and their size.

And realistically for the Pacers, they have a one year shot. Larry Bird has stated repeatedly that the Pacers cannot pay the tax. So they will have to let Granger go after the season and probably dump some other guys to accomodate George's max contract

 

If George doesn't bolt to LA. The more I think about it the more I think he might be the Lakers move

Very simple...Heat blew the Pacers out in every inflection game. Games 3, 5, and 7.

There are really close and competitive 7 game series...Spurs/Heat

There are cosmetically tight 7 game series...Celtics/Heat

and there are LOPSIDED 7 game series..Pacers/Heat

 

Pacers are mainly dangerous to us when Hibbert is allowed to foul like crazy and/or one of the big three is hurt.

 

This. Or a combination of both. Hibbert was given a complete green light through game 6. In game seven they started calling fouls on him and he looked shocked

didnt realize it but bernard king is being elected to the hall of fame. about time. i know his career was cut short by injuries but anybody who watched him in his prime knows that this is one of the greatest offensive players to ever play. i remember watching the knicks play against the celtics at their peak in 84 and he almost single handedly lead them to one of the greatest upsets ever. took them to seven games and he was the entire team. it was amazing to watch

 

I think Miles Plumlee is the better player (at least more promising). Pacers gave up their first last year in Plumlee, and a first in the 2014 draft to get a smaller, 33 year old Scola who was amnestied last year. Seems like a lopsided trade for the Suns.

 

What's the deal with Oden? How long does this dude take to make a decision?

 

The holdup is probably that he wants more money from the Heat.

 

Ive read his decision could come this week, but it came from ESPN The World Wide Leader In Trash.

 

What I've heard most recently is that it's between Heat and the Pelicans. Apparently the Pelicans are ready to offer him more money.

I've also heard Mo Williams is open to coming on board for the vets minimum.

 

I think Mo is an intriguing addition to this team.

I take everything money wise with a grain of salt right now. Mostly misinformation and hearsay floating around out there.

Either way he chooses the Heat win IMO. If youd rather play for the Pelicans for a little more money and go nowhere, that's where you belong IMO. IFf he is healthy he will make great money long term at any destination he chooses.

 

The opposite. he is doing any and everything to get on the Heat for this season.
