That's why I live in a studio apartment...i don't have to travel far for anything. Its also why I soak my Cheetohs, so i can eat and drink at the same time, if not, I'd probably cramp up reaching for a glass.

I use the most incredible rub and put it in the fridge overnight, bring it out in the morning, rub it again, then hickory smoke it at 250 for 13-14 hours....and the bone slips right out. its incredible!!!

mouth watering. do you use a brine? you smoke the whole way? I have been pulling @ 150-160 and wrapping in foil til the end. Been working out well
Havent brined it yet. I "mop" it towards to end with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and the remaining rub ingredients (black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, salt) etc...and I keep it in the smoker the entire time, towards the end I dont smoke though (doesnt penetrate anyways)

Movie and an album were real tossups. I could plug in 5 different movies...as for music I don't have "favorite" but Meteora is one of the few albums of any genre that I can listen to from beginning to end without skipping a single song.
