Yes. Like it has been historically. The newer immigrant classes fighting for turf against the already established lower class.
suburbs have been getting shocked with things like meth and marijuana moving out to rural areas. It's left a lot of smaller law enforcement officials on their heels.
It don't matter, no one really gets executed on the East Coast states, they all just sit on death row for forever and in the meantime its a drain on the taxpayers dollar, so they might as well not have the death penalty.
I'm sorry... but this POS... he had an infant. Look arty all the people this guy has affected.. because his feelings got hurt Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
I didn't think anyone could top Rae Carruth. I was wrong. Wow if all of this is true he's an idiot. $40 milly contract, NFL star, if they ever win a superbowl he'd never have to pay for a meal in Boston again. and it wasn't just one incident. It's not like he never did anything and then bam. He had the incident in Florida and then something in Providence. This was bound to happen sooner or later. Not once did he stop to think, "I"m an NFL star I shouldn't do this." I'm an attorney and when I really need to pee I think, "I'm an attorney I can't be caught pissing on the street!"
Lost in this whole thing, and for those who listened to the arraignment was this grand little tidbit..... The ADA said that there were 2 rentals however when the first one returned to the agency when they did the clean-up the rental attendant found a spent shell casing on the floor THEN DECIDED TO THROW THE EFFING THING IN THE DUMPSTER!!!!!! This just in to anybody here, if anybody "finds" a spent shell casing please call 9-1-1
It's not unusual in NC for folks to have a weapon in their car when they go out and about, but it's most out of habit then actual need for one.
best comment I've read all day: "If Aaron Hernandez hadn't of destroyed his security system, he'd have seen the cops coming"
No bond? Man, that sucks. Gotta wait and go through bull****. I know, I was held with no bail for a month. One thing that got me interesting is that Hernandez wasn't charge with "TAMPER W/ PHYSICAL EVIDENCE."
What makes the job tough is that you can't just do it as you see fit or as your emotions move you. And frankly, cops have a poor reputation b/c too many don't keep it within the confines of the law. I put a great deal of stock in how people treat other people. In one of my jobs I regularly interact with pedophiles, murderers, gang bangers and the like. Many of them are IMO crappy people who the world would be better with out. But I always treat them with respect. What they did or may do is irrelevant. I can only control my actions. That is the standard I set for myself. And it's also how I believe a police officer or a prosecutor should behave. As for Hernandez, my gut feeling is that he's a punk and is probably guilty of at least conspiracy to murder. I don't know if he pulled the trigger himself, but my guess is he was probably involved.
Man you pay me millions of dollars not to kill anyone and play football I'd do it in a heartbeat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This actually happens a lot. I have two friends who both work or worked in the rental car business and have had multiple occasions of cars coming back with casings inside, bullet riddled cars and other disturbing issues. Most go unreported or aren't followed up on due to the nature of our everyday busy lives. It doesn't surprise me that that was an afterthought for a kid cleaning out a rental and trying to turn it back out to another person.
He'd dance a jig if that was all he was hit with, but MA appears to take a dim view of the whole preplanned murder/coverup thing.
whose there? Aaron Hernandez Aaron Hernandez who? Lets take a nice moon less walk out to this field shall we?
Just remember this ladies and gentlemen, speaking from personal experience and seeing it first hand watching many tough men break...... first night in jail is always the worst of them all.......
http://http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/prosecution-details-events-says-led-odin-lloyd-murder-204349177.html Good timeline of events that the prosecution laid out. Looking pretty bad for Mr. Hernandez given where GPS and surveillance cameras put him and show him doing.
Wow just read that, looks very bad for Hernandez. As of now with the evidence it's going to be hard to show beyond a reasonable doubt that he pulled the trigger, but lets say he does get off, with this evidence presented, idk how the NFL could let him play football again. I'd give him a lifetime ban Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
