I thought that the collective bargaining agreement had changed. It didn't sound like there was a gray area when Stern talked about it, honestly this is just more NBA/WWF stuff that the NBA likes to pull to get coaches and players to where they want them to.

What Stern said was against the CBA was combining players into a trade for a coach because it is theoretically circumventing the salary cap.

"Trades" like the one the Clips-C's just madehave happened numerous times. Riley is another perfect example. He quit the Knicks with a year left to coach Heat. the Heat did not get permission to interview Riley before they hired him so Knicks charged us with tampering. The settlement was money and a 1st round pick. We could not have sent them a player

    MLB Mets
    Hockey Islanders
    NFL Dolphins
CFB Miami Hurricanes :theu: and University of South Carolina (Alma Matte)
    CBB Syracuse and South Carolina

In typical City of Miami incompetence, they nearly killed LBJ and Co as the busses were too high with tall people standing on top of them going under several bridges and overpasses.

Check out the YouTube videos of LeBron et al ducking. Ridiculous and oh so typical.

He probably did. At age 5.

Well, I was a canes fan first (since the early 80s when I was really young...first game I ever watched was the Flutie Hail Mary game) but I adopted SC after I went to school there. And I was a cuse fan since the days of Pearl Washington, Sherman Douglas and Rony Seikly. So yeah. And by all accounts I should be a Jets fan but I learned young the difference between scummy teams and awesome ones :)

If I had to hand out the "Hater championship" to fanbases today...

I must say that Laker and Celtic fanbases were unusually ANGRY today. Edge to Laker fans.

Bulls fans just caped up for Jordan..so maybe that was just a natural occurrence....

Knick fans? Where you at? Only your media brought the hate today.

I think it took over a decade...but I think we finally killed the Knicks fanbase.

Yeah obviously some can't have a conversation about the mans game, he's the king, he chose the heat, and there's no reason to discuss his game relative to the other great players in history anymore..

I think if Lebron would handle their success with a bit more maturity you might not get so much backlash..you can't be talking **** on you tube, taunting people, or telling reporters to Gtfo, he most certainly had his share in causing a stir when he left, he should be aware of his actions...jmo

You can discuss his game vs the other great players of all time. You're just not doing it objectively. So there's no reason to discuss this further.

As for your last paragraph, I don't agree. He handles success very well. Not sure what that has to do with anything, though.

Okay...it is really just the Laker and Celtic fans. The Bulls fans are just the Jordan people going to work...

Knicks fans are actually dead silent. Almost feel sorry for them. Almost.

Pacer fans?...there are no Pacer fans.

Spurs fans are classy and too nice..save for the occasional nut.

I've been a fan of championship teams before, but I've never been a fan of a team that is the big 2 ton silverback of a league before. Must say it is a lot of fun
