I am a bit worried that one of them was right when he compared Jordan to Vernon Gholston though. That's the same thing that was nagging at me after the pick...I was hoping this guy wasn't a flash in the pan like Gholston.

It was great reading those posts. Enjoyed the lead up to it and waiting for the main event. Reading their frustration afterwards with those ragged off Jets fans. Comedy gold. alot of the 'f'' word posted when we grabbed Jordan. ALOT of them wanted Jordan.

 

Unfortunately being that i live in NJ, my uncle is actually a jests fan. He called me last night when it broke that the dolphins had traded up and was laughing saying should have resigned Jake! Lane Johnson to the fish! Then when the pick was announced absolute silence followed by .... "I have to go". Absolutely loved it!

For me, its like the difference between waking up with a regular boner or a super intense blue-vein throbber. When Jets fans are in pain, it just smells like sex to me.

 

I was amusing myself reading theganggreen site last night. They were DROOLING over Jordan and were chanting for him in their forums. And they really wanted him and Tavon Austin. And then the Bills traded down with the Rams and they took Austin. Omg was that ever entertaining. And so smart by the Bills. They trade down, get the QB they wanted and make sure Austin isn't even in the division or even the conference. Jets fans were pissed. It's still going on over there today.

 

I like how that thread just died at the end.

It would never have been that bad. We don't allow that kind of crap around here. People would have been upset, and complaining, sure, but nothing like the attitudes and language over there. I'm very thankful for that. It's disgusting around there daily. I don't understand why any football fan would want to take part in serious team discussions and speak that way to other teams fans and each other. Its pretty ridiculous. The language, homophobic and racial slurs, even read someone wishing injury upon him already. It's just a pathetic forum they run. It makes them look, 110% like they fit the perception most people have of them as ignorant and classless. If that's how they want to portray themselves as a fanbase, and fan site, good for them... Just so thankful it's not like that around here.
